Due to staff changes we can no longer offer Cat grooming services. We are hoping to offer this service again in early 2022 but in the meantime will not be taking appointments for this service. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause both existing and new clients. We will update on this service via facebook and on here as appropriate.

Client Update - Arrangements from 19th July

With the change to Government regulations due on the 19th July, some of our processes will change, as follows;

Face Coverings

Clients are not required to wear a face covering when dropping off or collecting their pet.

Our staff wear masks as part of normal grooming activity, to limit breathing hair, so you may see them wearing one.

Drop Off and Collection

Many clients have said they prefer the drop off and collection arrangements we have been temporarily operating, so will be continuing with them for the moment.

This includes exchanging leads/harnesses and a single client/pet(s) in the shop at a time.
