A CAT LOVING DOG

🐾 Beautiful Young Dog Looking for a Special Forever Home 🐾

I’m looking for the right home for a lovely little soul who deserves someone with the time, patience, and calm environment she needs.

She currently lives with 5 cats and another dog and gets along well with animals. Ideally, she’d have another dog companion as she relies on my dog (and me) for confidence due to her anxiety. We don’t know her past, but loud noises, high tones, and fireworks scare her — I leave the radio on when I go out to help keep her settled.

✨ About Her:
• Fully toilet trained and crate trained
• Knows basic commands: sit, stay, wait, paw, down
• Walks well but is full of energy — fields are best so she can really stretch her legs
• She pulls on the lead and does little “wheelies” when she’s excited, so she needs someone strong and confident
• Great recall
• Loves children but is nervous, so a home without very young kids is best
• Nervous around new people and can growl when unsure — never aggressive, just anxious
• Unsure with men but does warm up with time and patience
• Loves cuddles on her terms — she’ll nuzzle in and give kisses
• Needs 2–3 good walks per day and lots of mental stimulation — she gets bored easily and is always on the go
• Best suited to a quiet, calm household with experience of anxious or high-energy dogs

She truly is a sweetheart with so much love to give, but she needs someone who can give her the time, attention, and reassurance she deserves. I originally took her as a companion for my other dog, but her energy levels and anxiety mean she needs more than I can provide.

SalliPets Dog Rescue is different.
On Tuesday both myself and the Adopter went to Eastbourne to collect a rescue dog.
In SalliPets style, we motored down to Eastbourne in a Rover P5B that belonged to Major General Sir Edward Spears.
Our Adopter, Alan, is a great character who lives in a Cabin Cruiser in Chertsey.
Remi now has an amazing home!

**🚨 URGENT – DOG AT RISK OF BEING PUT DOWN NEXT WEEK 🚨

This is H***h, a 3-year-old Presa Canario who urgently needs a safe, committed home. He is at risk of being put to sleep next week if we cannot find somewhere for him to go.
Time is extremely short.

📌 About H***h:
• 3 years old, male (not neutered)
• Cautious with strangers at first, but loyal and affectionate once he knows you
• His dad regularly took him to the pub — he behaved well around people
• Has basic training but would benefit from more structure
• Excitable but responsive
• Needs someone experienced with large/guardian breeds

H***h does not deserve to lose his life. He needs someone patient, confident, and willing to give him a chance. Even a temporary safe placement could save him.

We have a dream....

SalliPets rehomes dogs that have been abandoned. Our objective is to be unique in our mission to help these dogs.

We rescue them, and they work with children that have emotional difficulties, are afraid of dogs or they need a four legged friend to confide in. Our work in this area is called Pet-A-Pet and is a trademarked name. Our dogs may work with the children for weeks, months or years and when the work is done we rehome our dogs.

Our rescues are always welcome to stay with us during their owners holidays, subject to availability. We are so pleased to have them back, whether it be a weekend or a month. They live in my home, are part of the family and that is why we like to have them back for holidays.

We are proud to call our Adopters family and some have adopted multiple dogs. Our work started in 2015 and although we rehome a small numbers of dogs, we are very proud of our little charity.
