Good Morning,
I was going to hold my dignity on this however I do feel the need to express myself somewhat and protect my business.
L A Dogs will have been trading for 10 years next October (we will be celebrating with you in the summer!).
We have worked alongside other groomers in the area completely free of animosity and hard feeling, there’s plenty of dogs to go round. We help each other if needed and support each other. That’s what small businesses do.
It has been brought to my attention that a new groomers local to us has been bad mouthing L A Dogs and another local salon to numerous clients who walk in to them. I now have evidence that this is the case. They have told lie upon lie in just one five minute conversation, which is concerning given the amount of clients they may have through the door on a daily basis.
I will not be pulled into a battle between us and them in everyday life. I hope that our work, reputation and client base to date speaks for itself. It truly saddens me and my staff to think that people will stoop this low to get recognition.
I just want to say thank you to each and every one of you who show loyalty and support to us.
It is a shame other businesses have to resort to such measures in order to get clients through the door.
I’ll be seeking legal redress that’s for sure! Therefore I cannot say too much more on the matter.
Anyway, onwards and upwards. It’s Friday, cheers to another busy week!
