The email comes with a link taking you to a page showing your pet’s name, microchip number, your contact phone number and looks very convincing. PLEASE IGNORE.

There is a list of approved databases on gov.uk: Get your dog or cat microchipped - GOV.UK

Typically you would only pay a fee or first registering your pet or if you contact the company to update your details .

It is important to keep your pet’s microchip contact details up-to-date including if you move address or change phone number/ email address. Please contact your microchip provider direct to update your details.

Celebrating Five years!
Celebrating Five years!

It’s five years today since Croydon Council granted my cat boarding license and what would have been my grandad’s 97th birthday ❤️. Thank you to everyone who has supported me! What a ride! A year and a half ago Dulverton Lodge expanded into grooming! So many lovely moments and too many to share! Here are some things I’ve learnt, or had confirmed, over those five years: 1. wear shoes with no grips on soles, as you will walk litter EVERYWHERE! 2. wear shoes with grips when water bowls have been tipped and spilt. You will slip. 3. some cats don’t mind being sung to. Some cats could not care less. 4. It is actually possible to talk about cats all day. 5. cat claws are very sharp and their teeth also hurt. 6. It is possible to fall in love with each and every cat guest. 7. losing a cat guest hurts so much more than can possibly be imagined. 8. there is such a thing as “crazy cat lady”. It is proven on a daily basis. Some of the cat owners are cat crazy too! 9. it is true that cats are affectionate, loving, sweet lap cats, who are thrilled to see you each morning. 10. it is also true that cats can be sassy, grumpy and absolutely want everything on their terms. Here’s to the next five years of cat hair, growling, hissing and above all cuddles and purrs!
