I rarely walk 5 dogs together and when I do it's on condition that all the dogs know each other and get on well together; they travel happily together in the vehicle with no argy bargy; we walk in a quiet area where we meet with few other dogs but if we do meet with others, we can avoid them easily; and last but not least, I am having a good leg day! All conditions met yesterday and it was a joy!

Painful lesson learnt yesterday. Walking a very strong dog on a long line is a two-handed job, at all times. Don't let go with one hand even for a moment! Dog handling learning never ends, and mistakes happen!
