How lucky am I to spend my days with such beautiful furbabies & pawrents who are so appreciative of my dedication to the best care I can provide.. Thank you Leeloo Minai & family ๐
Mum was out, Dad was out, the whole pack had abandoned me again. I was starting to consider it had been a very long time since my morning adventure. I wondered, was a cushion exploding sadness building inside me? Before I could complete my musings a new thing happened.
The door rattled, but instead of Mum returning an intruder let themselves in. A good Wuffle knows her duty! I leapt into action, defender of the den, protector of the pack, I was ready!
"Wiggle, waggle," went my happy bottom as I greeted the intruder and gave her a full and thorough snoof down, "hello, best Pupster with best snout here, ready to all over check you out!"
As my happy tail bopped my excited schnozzle again and again I realised an amazing thing. My clever snooter knew this intruder, this intruder was Cat Lady! Cat Lady who looked after Heidi Kitten when Mum went away. Cat Lady had never been to see me before, but here she was, just for me. Cat Lady, it turned out, was also Dog Lady!
Cat Lady also knew all the best Doglet games to play in a garden on a hot day. Cat Lady didn't run off to hoover something or berate a screaming child, Cat Lady was all mine for fun and plays.
As little treats were exchanged for good doglet tricks and my itchy tum was expertly scritched, I reflected that Mum may need to up her game.

With thanks to Kelly at ALL PAWS Pet Services-Long Eaton. for her great care of Leeloo, but mostly of our little old diabetic Heidi, who was quite poorly while we were away recently. It's so reassuring to know she's being looked after by someone who will give her such loving and dedicated care if things do go wrong when we're not there. We are all very grateful.
