I’m excited to announce I’m opening a nutrition club,
Hartley Nutrition on 8th July,
and I need to practice my Wellness Evaluations and Body Scan,
and John needs guinea pigs to practice on as he’s now in training to be a coach 🥰👏👏👏👏 - you. An pick which one of us you’d prefer 😂😂

These are normally worth £50, but I am doing these for free❤️🙏🏼🫶🏼👍

Mum and 5 x 3 day old kittens in need of RESCUE place.
The building she has chosen for safety is being demolished this week!
Happy to transport - can anyone help?

Mum is very young and never been handled but comfortable to come for food.

Currently in foster for Tatty-cats these rescue kittens are ready for their forever homes after Xmas.🐾❤️
The mother of the black and whites was an unwanted pet, pregnant at 18 months and signed over. She had 5 kittens but sadly lost 2. 🥹
The ginger boy was found in a country lane on his own - friendly but miles from anywhere💔
Homed in pairs :-
ginger boy 12wks and b/w girl 9wks;
2 x b/w boys 9 wks

Subject to homecheck, neutering agreement and adoption fees, no main roads.

Been popping in to these 2 for the past 10 days, a little lunchtime visit to break up the day for them - games in the garden, treats and cuddles, a really loving pair ❤️🐾

Popped in to this large crowd twice a day this week - there’s 8 in total, and such chilled and happy cats. They have catio access but the rotten weather meant they chose to be indoors all week. Their family rarely go away, but knowing their cats were safe at home, with regular updates from me, meant they got a chance to relax 🥰

Popped in to the handsome chap every evening for the past week while his family all went away - it was a pleasure to spend time with him as all he wanted was for me to groom him with his grooming glove 🖐️❤️🐾

Popped in to sit with these 2 beauties today - their family had a hospital appointment, not knowing how long they’d be out for, so asked me to give the dogs some company to break the time up.
Such lovely dogs - both rescues, with their own sad backgrounds, but in a wonderful, caring home now and totally spoilt ❤️🐾❤️🐾

Popped in to this beautiful girl while her family were at a bbq and going to be out longer than they were comfortable leaving her.
I have some history with this little one, from 3yrs ago, so it was lovely to see her and spend sometime having a cuddle 🐾❤️

Have spent the last few days having meet and greets with some super dogs, whose owners have plans - weddings / events or just having to go into the office, meaning the dogs are left longer than they would like.
A busy summer of cat and dog cuddles ahead of me ❤️🐾 with some rabbits, and even a couple of chickens too 🥰
