Keep your dog happy and relaxed:

- Make sure they can access where they feel safest at all times

-Use recall and reward

-Scatter treats to find (conditioning)

- Lots of calm strokes & cuddles

- Play familiarbackground sounds like music or TV, even the hoover if they are used to it

-Avoid walking during firework times (usually 6pm-9pm)

Remember.. If you are stressed your dog will sense it so try to remain CALM

When you practice consistent loose lead walking, if you drop your lead, your dog should stop and wait for you to pick it up! 🐾🧠🏫
