🎅🏼IMPORTANT PLEASE READ🎅🏼

Due to the high demand for appointments during December a £20 deposit (per dog) is required to secure your booking. The deposit secures against any missed or cancelled appointments and will not be refunded unless you give over 48 hours’ notice of cancellation of your booking.

I am working extra hours in December to make all of your doggies look gorgeous for Santa Paws, therefore cannot afford last minute cancellations or no shows.

Please make sure your deposit is paid by the end of November by cash, card or bank transfer. Please give me a call or message if you need my bank details.

Thank you for your custom and loyalty and I hope you understand why I am doing this. 🎄

🎇FIREWORK SEASON🎇

Firework season is upon us and for some of our dogs this can be a very scary and stressful time for them, so here is a few tips on how to keep our pets feeling safe and secure during this time

🎆Make a cosy den for your dog to go to if they are feeling worried or anxious
🎆Block out the noise by keeping windows and curtains shut and turn the radio/Tv on a bit louder
🎆Behave normally to show your dog there is nothing to worry about
🎆Walk your dog before it starts getting dark
🎆Don’t force your dog to go outside to the toilet
🎆Calming Collars and Diffusers can be really beneficial to some dogs
🎆 Classic Fm are playing relaxing music on 2nd and 5th November from 5-9pm.

🍁 AUTUMN STOCK SALE🍁

I have some bottles of shampoo and body mists that have got short expiry dates or have already expired. This has little difference to the quality of the product but I am having a clear out ready for new stock. I don’t know when this will be as Hownd have changed hands and I currently can’t get anymore in.

I am selling it all at a reduced price of £6 each. (Original price of £9)

🦟FLEA AND TICK SEASON🦟

🍁There seems to be an increase in dogs having fleas at the minute so PLEASE make sure your dogs are up to date with Flea treatment before coming to the salon.

🍁If I find fleas on your dog there will be a £20 flea charge and you will be getting a call to come and pick your dog straight back up again, I will not groom a dog if it has fleas as I cannot risk other customers dogs getting them.

🍁 I hate having to cancel the rest of my day in order to flea bomb.

🍁Ticks are also about at the moment. If I find a tick in your dog during the groom I am more than happy to remove it for you. If you find a tick on your pet at home. Call me and I can remove them for £5. 🐾

🐶Everyone who is on my automatic booking in list should now have had their appointments through for the rest of the year. If you haven’t and think you should have done then please give me a call or message.

🐶If you can’t make any of the dates or times I have sent then please let me know as soon as possible so I can look at moving the appointment around for you.

🎅🏼December is fully booked and I am already working extra days and hours to fit everyone in, if you wanted a December appointment you will now have to be put on a cancellation list.

Notification of price increase

As of 1st August 2024 there will be a price increase on all grooms and baths, this is due to the ever increasing running costs and price increases on shampoos and products, which is out of my control.

If anyone is still unsure on what their new price is then please give me a call or message. The automated system didn’t send out the emails like it should have done so I’m sorry for the confusion with that.
