Always an absolute pleasure to visit 22 years young lady "Fudge" 🖤🤎🤍 🧡 who has regular manicure 💅 and pedicures and is a delight! 😍

A little fidgety at first for her pampering 🤣 Fudge soon settled down ❤️ and let me clip her claws then jumped on the sofa 🛋 back to pose for me later retiring to Mummy's lap for cuddles! ❤️

Fudge recently had an altercation in the garden 🌳🌾🪱🦋 with we think a wild animal and sustained an injury to her tummy, but after a vet check and a bit of tlc she's back on form 👌 she had a full MOT while at the vets and they confirmed that this 22 year old lady has no health issues whatsoever! Perfectly functioning kidneys, heart ❤️ and no arthritis detected at all! Absolutely incredible 😲

Very sad news to give you today 😢

Gorgeous 19 years young Tilly 🧡🤍, who was a rescue girl I'd been grooming for over 5 years and was amongst the very first of my furry clients when I started my business, has sadly left us for Rainbow 🌈 Bridge after 6 years of love with her parents, Gemma and Clare ❤️ after they took her in.

Here's a little write up from her parents ❤️

"Tilly was rescued 6 years ago at age 13, our lives will never be the same for having had her as our 'nana'.

We were truly blessed to have been loved by such a beautiful soul. You were the embodiment of love and joy wrapped in ginger and white fur.

At the grand old age of 19, you played like a kitten till the end, your taught us the importance of appreciating the little things.

You were an amazing mummy to Tegan and Belle, you showed them how to play and showed them where all the good sun spots were in the house. Your sisters past and present love you very much.

We will still sing the songs we made up for you 'ol Tilly Banna' and will miss your joining in, even though your singing was limited to 'nilnil' and 'racow'.We will forever miss seeing your little waddle, your ginger spots and you loving using a human hand as a pillow as you purred for hours in contentment.

Thank you for all the love you gave, the moments and memories you beautiful old girl. It's time to rest now nana x"

I'd like to add as her groomer, Tilly was a delight to care for, she loved her grooming sessions and always felt better after a pamper, I'll miss her 💔

Thoughts are with Gemma and Clare at this sad time and I hope you find comfort knowing you gave Tilly a truly wonderful last 6 years on earth, she loved you both dearly, I could see that ❤️

Lady P 💗 I adore this little lady....

She's blind and will be 20 years old next birthday 🎂 she's a real special elderly furry client who absolutely adores her Mummy ❤️ and I absolutely adored my cuddles with her 💖

Lady P 💗 navigates her home 🏡 brilliantly as she's lived there all of her life so knew the set up before her sight diminished. She is particularly fond of the sheepskin rug near the radiator in the kitchen, where she can snooze 😴 and be close to her Mummy as she goes about her day 😊

I've been visiting Lady P for around 4 or 5 years now and it's always an absolute pleasure to meet with her, she's very well behaved ✔️ except for a little complaining around her trouser 👖 area which is arthritic and can be a little tender, so we have to be very slow and gentle ❤️

Fabulous to see you Lady P and your wonderful family, keep cosy in the cold weather and snuggle up to your Mummy who you love so much ❤️

At 13 years of age, this lovely lady is looking fabulous with her 3 monthly grooming appointments ✅️ keeping her neat and tidy 💕

Nigel 🧡 whose groomed every 3 months with nail trims only in between was rather pleased on my most recent visit that I was only visiting him and his brothers for manicures 💅 and pedicures! 🤣

Food focused Nigel 🧡 has been known to create quite a lot of drama during his grooms in the past, well worthy of an Oscar Award is our Ginger Ninja! 👏 🏆😂 But not this time, he was quite the gentleman ❤️ which was a welcome surprise! 😊

Well done Nigel 🧡 although next visit, it's the full works so get practising your kung fu panda 🐼 moves to keep me on my toes! 😂😂

It always makes my day when I visit kitties who've been given a forever home 🏡 and have been adopted from a rescue, particularly when that rescue was founded by my friend and fellow cat lady 🐾🐈‍⬛ Jane Lkr whose Loughborough Kitten Rescuers is a rescue close to my heart ❤️

Here's lovely Lucy 😍 and Noah who were both given a 2nd chance at life with their new family last year, now they have an amazing home with a very loving ❤️ and caring family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 who are dedicated to looking after these both 18 month old darlings

Lucy is a little nervous but is getting better each time I visit and learning to trust me 💕 and tabby boy 💙 Noah just wants to be in on the action so gets a manicure 💅 and pedicure so he doesn't feel left out! 🤣

Can you believe once upon a time, these beautiful babies were on the streets? 😢 Please consider adopting a cat or kitten if you can offer a suitable home, I know Jane has a constant flow through her doors and can only save more with our help 🙏🏻

I love a happy ending! 💕

I'm really sad 😔 to bring you the news that one of my long term elderly furry clients 🖤 Shanks recently passed away after losing weight and not being himself, his vet suspected a neurological disorder 😢 and it was decided that the kindest thing was to let lovely Shanks cross peacefully across The Rainbow 🌈 Bridge 💔

Shanks leaves his family devastated and also his brother, littermate Armitage or Armi for short ❤️

Shanks 🖤 was 18.5 years of age and born in an allotment with his brother to a feral cat Mummy.

His owners rescued them from a shed. They were so wild they kept them in the bathroom 🚻 for a couple of weeks, hence their names! "Armitage and Shanks" 🖤❤️🖤

Shanks is on the right in the photo, this was his last night 🌙 at home before he gained his angel wings, he had a long and happy life with his family in a very loving ❤️ and caring environment 🏡❤️

Also pictured is his clever Mummy's pottery figures of her lovely boys that she made herself while taking part in a pottery class ❤️ a lasting tribute to her beautiful Shanks 🖤

Fly high Shanks, you were so very loved and it was a pleasure to be your groomer over the years 💕

I've known Persian Chinchilla, Pearl 🩷 for over 5 years now, when we first met back in 2019, it was a very difficult session, pretty Pearl 🩷 had quite a lot of matting and had sadly had a bad experience with a previous groomer, so it took a lot of time to reasurre her that everything would be OK 🐈🐾

Little by little, with very regular grooming sessions ✅️ Pearl gained confidence and whilst still not an easy groom, things got much better and Pearl learnt to trust me ❤️

Around 18 months ago, Pearl's Mummy moved down to Brighton ⛱️ so off they went to live a happy life beside the seaside Unable to find another cat groomer suitable for Pearl 🩷 her Mummy decided to make the long journey back to her own Mums house every 3 months in Leicestershire, so I could still be Pearl's groomer 🙏🏻🐾🐈 and we've carried on that way eversince!

Pearl has good sessions and not so good sessions 🙈 depending how the mood takes her! 🤣 On our latest session this week, she decided to go back to being Little Miss Awkward 🙄 so it wasn't the easiest appointment we've ever had!

Pearl is like a box of chocolates 🍫 😍 you never know what your going to get! 🙈🐾🐈🙄🤣

But, she's so pretty! 🩷❤️🤍🩷❤️🤍

Pretty Maine C**n ✨️ Heidi 🧡🖤🤍

Relaxing in the garden 🌿🌻🥀 after her grooming appointment with me, I think her face tells us all that there's other things she'd rather do than get her huge coat attended to! 🤣

A gentle girl, Heidi 🖤 is quite happy to have most areas groomed but as most cats will confirm, the trouser 👖 area is not really a part of the grooming session that's enjoyable! 🙈

But we've made excellent progress with lovely Heidi 😍 over time, who used to run a mile at the sound of the clippers! She now tolerates her hygiene trim ✅️ and belly trim very well, although she gets her own back on me for this part of the groom, as we have to do this part with me sat on the floor with her, which she finds easier ❤️ my knees however, feel the same way Heidi feels about her trousers being groomed! 🤣🤣

Lovely Freya 🧡🖤🤍 was feeling playful after her manicure 💅 and pedicure and decided to seek out her toys and stand around them, hinting for some playtime, to which of course I obliged 🐾

Freya 🧡🖤🤍 is a 10 year old domestic shorthair tortoiseshell lady whose got a little spice 🌶🌶🌶 in her soul when the mood takes her, but at my most recent visit, she was a very good girl! ❤️

I think she missed me 🐾

Here's Mo 💙 a British Shorthair who in his parents words "looked like a tramp" on my arrival for his grooming appointment 🤣

Mo isn't a fan of his sessions with me 🙈 and was cuddled up to his lovely Mummy ❤️ hoping she wouldn't hand him over so I could set to work! 🐾

But hand him over, she did and I got to work on his rather scruffy coat, so lovely Mo 💙 soon looked rather regal and very tidy again 😀 and lost his nickname of being a tramp 🤣🤣🤣

Mo is 9 years of age, he joins his parents and little brothers every night 🌙 on the bedroom floor for their bedtime 😴💤 story when the while family congregate for that wonderful quality time ❤️

Here's pretty Rosie ❤️ one of my regular little ladies after her groom several weeks ago, she's so photogenic 😍

Rosie lives with her lovely Daddy 💙 and she's the apple 🍎 of his eye, it's easy to see why isn't it?

Groomed every 3 months, Rosie ❤️ is always in great condition despite her wandering around the garden collecting leaves 🍃 in her long coat!

She's always very happy 😊 to have her picture taken afterwards too! She knows she's pretty! 💗

I'd like to mention every precious baby that's ever crossed over to the other side but there's far too many to mention sadly. So please join me in thinking of all of our much loved ❤️ and missed pets who are sadly no longer here with us.

4.30am start 😩 346 miles later......

A very early morning drive 🚗 taking my lovely Tolinka Maine C**ns Johnny Cash 🖤 to his first GCCF Show in 7 months. Cat shows have had to take a back burner this year as we've been busy with other stuff.

But what a fabulous day we've had, getting Best of Breed at both The Kernow Cat Club and South Western Counties Cat Club and subject to confirmation gaining his final 2 Imperial Certificates and has been made up to Imperial Grand Premier ✨️🎊🍾 recieving 1st and a 3rd in miscellaneous classes and finally being selected as Best of Variety Neuter Section 2 ❤️

We didn't make it to the top pens but pass on our congratulations to all of those who did 😀

Next stop Olympians when we can get out again!

Hugely proud of my lovely soft lad whose just adorable ❤️ and only celebrated his 3rd birthday recently and massive thanks to Sarah 🩷 for being my copilot and garden centre companion today ⚘️

We are home now ready for bed 😴💤💤
