**Road Closure**
We have been made aware that the road is closed in East Leake outside The Bulls Head if you are visiting us today from that direction.

Lorna, Rupert, Amy and George along with Kerry from the university, and Grace a vet student will be Cycling 36 miles, hiking 9.6 miles and canoeing 2 miles from dawn until dusk!

As you know - we are fundraising for Action Medical Research and Racing the Sun in June.

I was asked to do a box of Mother’s Day biscuits for tomorrow. So I made 4 and have 3 spare. They are £15 each. Can be collected from the practice in the morning (we are open 10am to 12 noon). Please PM if you’d like a box. ❤️🌸💐🌼🌷🌹🌺

What more can I say…… What an absolutely wonderful day we had yesterday, celebrating the ten years of Pinfold Vets at The Broadway Cinema in Nottingham.
We filled the Paul smith screen for a private showing of ‘The Secret Life of Pets’ and then raised a glass of fizz to friendship, good times, community and success.
Rupert and I feel extremely privileged to to be trusted by you, our customers, to look after your pets. The level of support you have shown Pinfold over the last decade has just been exceptional, and we feel so proud to be a part of the East Leake community. I’m exhausted today (so much so I had to nip off early for a lie down!) - but yesterday I just felt on top of the world - to be celebrating with friends, family, colleagues, and clients.
Thank so much for the last 10 years. It’s been a blast. Here’s to 10 more….. 😉🎈🐈🐕

Wow. 10 years. I can remember our first day like it was yesterday. I love that I’ve seen puppies and kittens that came in during those early years - and since - grow up. I love it that lots of our customers we have got to know well, and some have become friends. I love being part of the East Leake community. And most importantly, I love being a Vet, and working with Rupert and the most amazing team, to bring to life the type of Veterinary practice that I always wanted to create.

It’s BISCUIT SALE TIME!!! ❤️VALENTINES SPECIAL! ❤️
In June a team of us from Pinfold Vets will be setting off at sunrise to bike, hike and paddle around a challenging course in a race against the sun, in the Brecon Beacons in Wales.

We are racing in aid of children's charity, Action Medical Research. They have spent over 70 years funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children, and young people. We aim to raise £3000.

To start fundraising, I’ll be going into production of my biscuit boxes for Valentines Day.

It’s quite easy. Just PM our page or comment below. I’ll allocate you a box of 12 love hearts which will be ready for collection on Thursday 13th February from the Vets (I can also post if necessary for those recipients who aren’t local). Then simply make a donation of a minimum of £15 to our Just Giving page - link below.

I’m not a professional biscuiteer - but I have a ridiculous collection of cookie cutters that cover most things. But my love heart boxes are a personal favourite x
