Very long

On my walks the owner of these lovely three has asked me to try work with Taz, The Spaniels recall. So far, he has been fantastic. It’s definitely helped having the older dogs. This is only my second walk and he’s waiting at heal with me. Not bad to say I’m a complete stranger.🐾🙈🐶

Wow what a busy weekend I have had and it’s not over yet. 🤩

After a couple days of house sitting for my lovely client and her beautifully behaved doggies, I then ventured early morning to do some yard work to give the owner some time to get her horses worked. 💪🏻
Not being able to help my self I had a quick jump on the best mare Imp after yards and she was absolutely flying. 🐎💨 🥰

Finished of with the best achievement of all!!!!
A solo hack out on Shar…. the mare who for a couple months I’ve been working with intensely on the ground work, to all build up to this one ride. 🙏🏻

Shar really struggles with being separated from her friends and relaxing while she’s out.
Many things to work with was spooking, trust, communication and control.
Well today she behaved impeccably achieving all of these things. ✔️
And we managed to have a nice speed walk home rather then a canter sideways or a cheeky spin here and there leaving the yard. 😂

Overall we have had one busy weekend but it’s all been definitely worth it. 🤩

The before and after today of a very tangled / matted mane. With the help of Carr & Day & Martin Mane & Tail Conditioner them matted locks turned into knot free plaits. ✨
Massive benefit for the lovely Razmus, with these gorgeous plaits it will help keep his mane allot more under control.
Next job is to tackle the tail for this lovely boy. 🧼 🐎

The lovely Cleo in her lesson yesterday.
Cleo is just starting to work in an arena again after quit a few months off and just done lots of hacking. Initially she found it very overwhelming but after a few lessons she’s starting to relax and focus on her work.
This mare has serious potential. 🖤😍

Slightly more of a productive day today with Shar.
Managing to get a little hack today down the lane where she was allot calmer and walked away from the other horses really well.
Lots of work to do and the slower walk coming home but we are going in the right direction. 🐎🤩

A well deserved clip for the lovely little man Saxon today. 🐎

This will definitely benefit him through this fast approaching summer weather. Allowing him to cool down allot faster and to stop him from over heating as much.

It was a very thick coat to clip through as you can see in these pictures the clipper lines was hard to remove in some areas but it really has made the difference.

Super improvement with Diesel today on his afternoon walk. Very calm and chilled on the lead and the trust he’s building with me is allot stronger. 🐾🐶 Time and patience and lots of treats. ❤️

Dog Walking

Nice walk yesterday with the x3 musketeers. Diesel got to know another best friend called Xiena. 🐾 It was nice to say they loved each other. #intergratingwalks #dogwalking

We all know how difficult it is to get around to cleaning that tack that we no longer use.….. This lot of tack really did need some tender loving care. It was very moldy with a damp smell and very tough. No challenge to big or to small for Protequine Hire it was definitely worth it as the tack is now soft, shiny and ready for use. ✔️ All products used are Carr & Day & Martin First stage I started off with a damp cloth running over the tack to remove the initial remanence of mold . Second stage was to use the Belvoir Tack cleaning soap. Second stage was the Belvoir tack conditioner soap. Third Stage allowed tack to dry. Fourth stage I used the Belvoir Leather Balsam. #tackcleaning #carrdaymartin #sparklyclean #horsesoftiktok
