Its with great upset that i have to wite this post and its the very last thing i wanted to do as i know how much the majority of our customers liked and respected the flexible drop off and collection times

Unfortunatly due to lack of etas and having to juggle looking after the dogs, running a house, health appointments, training, vet visits, paperwork, bookings,etc i have found myself working 12-15 hours a day and to be ae to give your dogs the care and attention they require i cant keep it up.

So as from the 1st September we will be limited drop off and pick up times

Once again i apologise and wish this didnt have to happen but the small minority of customers mucking us around has left me with no choice

Its with great sadness that i have to write this post as we pride ourselves on being very flexible with drop off and pick up times.

Some of you may be aware of our personal circumstances regarding health issues and the necessary appointments this cause.

Also all our staff have to undergo regular training sessions which we currently do in our own time ..

Unfortunately moving forward we are going to have to be very strict on the opening and closing times and if you are not able to accomodate arriving before 6pm then you will be charged for the extra night (unless agreed in writing in advance by oursevelves) and staff will not open the gate.

Its with deep regret that we have to be writing this status as we have always always tried our best to put our customers and their canines first, even when a member of staff was giving just hours to live we still did our upmost to
Put your canines first and putting our own feelings aside.

We have tried over the past 2 years to be very flexible with drop off and pick up time, unfortunately a handful of customers are not being respectful, and turning up as early as 6am and as late as 9pm, forcing the gate open (breaking the electric arm ram) , climbing over it, walking through our private gardens, is just not acceptable.

The health and safety of your pets has and always will be our main priority.

We dont have many rules, there is a doorbell on the gate, and the gate is closed for a reason .. the safety of your dog .. my forcing the gate and breaking it means a dog can escape, we may not be able to get to the gate straight away as we may be securing dogs etc..

We have been left with no choice but to look at ways of restricting access, drop off and pick up times, and are even considering closure.

Pleased to say we are now legally qualified to microchip your doggies.

Thank you to the 7 pups (6 boys and the 1 beautiful girl) who we had the pleasure of microchipping today ..

I could cuddle them all day long xx
