Myrtle has had a very busy time on her holidays in Dorset 😁
4 dog shows lovely walks and a few pub lunches 😋
Whole caravan site to ourselves gorgeous surroundings and lovely weather 😎
Paighton champ show Reserve Best Bitch, Bournemouth champ show Reserve Best Bitch plus 2 BOB's Wealdstone & Northolt Canine Society and Bournemouth Canine association Premier open shows. So proud of my baby girl showing her socks off despite the long days and heat 🥵 congratulations to all the winners especially Sally Knight on BOB and Best Veteran and thank you for the pics of Myrtle 👌

Many happy returns of the day to my gorgeous baby girl and all her brothers and sisters. 2 years old and what an amazing 2 years they have been. 2 Best in Show wins, a Best Puppy in Show, a Reserve Best Puppy in Show, a Junior Warrant at 13 months and twice qualified for Crufts, along with many other wins and Group placings. I couldn't be any prouder of her. Thank you Carol Ann Rutherford for trusting me with my precious little Miss Myrtle McSassyAss 😍🎂🥳

Not mine but sums it up really well, the groom your dog needs is often different to the groom you want !
Grooming your pet is not a given... seasons change, animals grow and move into the next chapter of their lives, health and fitness can reflect in skin and coat condition, mobility can add another dimension to a groom date, as can temperament. Ear, eye and dental issues need to be taken into account as to not cause distress. Next time you visit your groomer, remember it’s a package of care, knowledge, and experience.
Regular grooming also desensitises the process and prevents your dog from becoming overwhelmed and stressed. It also prevents over grown nails affecting foot structure, and coats becoming matted causing hot spots and skin irritation. Not just a haircut ✂️💜

Well worth the trip to Manchester for the Manchester and District Sporting Terrier show today
Got to spend the day with good friends and got lots of puppy cuddles from baby Mia 😍
Myrtle came away with Best of Breed and Best AV Terrier.

Wow what a fabulous few days away at Crufts Dog Show I had the most amazing time
Congratulations to all my doggie friends on their achievements and placings 👏👏👏

*Veterinary Nurse community home visiting service* 🐶

We are delighted to launch our Veterinary Nurse home visiting service to clients in Skegness and the surrounding villages.

With the aim of extending care into the heart of the community and into the patient’s own home environment, this new service will be offered by our own team of talented Registered Veterinary Nurses.

Initially running on Thursdays each week, nurses will be able to offer a variety of services for clients that may find it difficult to travel to the surgery or whose pet is stressed by veterinary clinic visits. Services include dressing changes, post op checks, a**l gland expression, claw clipping, administration of prescribed medications including monthly arthritis and allergy injections and blood samples requested by a veterinary surgeon.
