Morning everyone just a polite notice to remind people that we do have a policy of charging for no shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours). We try to be understanding and do apply this at our discretion where circumstances allow. Unfortunately we are getting more and more no shows and as a small business we really struggle with these. Business costs and staff wages still have to be paid regardless.
Going forward we will need the missed appointment cost to be paid before we can offer a new appointment. I hope everyone can understand our position and will continue to support and trust us with your dogs Amanda
