SPONSORSHIP FORM
Offers of sponsorship are welcome from businesses, tributes to humans no longer with us, dogs both alive and over the rainbow bridge or any other reason you want.
Sponsorship is in packets of £10.
Bacs to the club is via TSB, Louth and District Dog Training Club, Sort Code 77-72-12, A/c No 40923260. Please put the word Show and your name in the reference section so we can identify who it is from.
Please also fill in this sponsorship form and send the details to Carol Mortimer email [email protected]
A list of sponsors and their details will be given to all competitors and visitors to the show.
