Would you like to work with us at VET ON THE CORNER?

As we approach the end of Lockdown we now have a vacancy for a part-time receptionist to join our team.
The position will involve varied duties which include covering reception and assisting the nursing team. We are looking for a hard-working team player with relevant experience but ultimately require a person who is kind, compassionate and who genuinely loves animals.
The regular hours will entail working afternoons and early evenings from Monday to Friday but the successful applicant will also need to be flexible and willing to work extra hours and occasional mornings to cover holidays and sick leave. It is also important to understand that we can't predict emergencies and the pets we look after come first!
We are a happy and positive little team, we work hard but we also enjoy a good laugh. The work can be stressful at times but it's varied, challenging and very rewarding.
