You will receive a text once your order is ready for collection, if you’d like to check a status please call us on 01493 661833 or 01502 572141.

There are many ways to order your pets prescription:

Unfortunately we have had a total of 3hrs just this morning at Gorleston of appointments not attended 😢.
We would then be able to offer pets that need to be seen an appointment.

Have you heard that we are hosting our first ever Christmas Fete! 🎁🎄☃️

We would love to invite you to The Veterinary Surgery in Lowestoft on the 14th December 2024 at 10am.

We will have an array of small businesses and animal charities offering their products and animal information!

A festive photoshoot will be on offer, as well as free Christmas pedicure (nail clip) with one of our RVN's! 🐾

Santa will make an appearance 🎅 And of course, cakes and mince pies are in abundance 🍰.

With Christmas approaching very soon, we would like to remind all of our clients to order their pets medication with plenty of notice.
Medication orders are currently taking 5-7 workings days to process.
You can order your medication through our online form, our dedicated prescription line or visit the practice.

It’s that time of year again 🎄🎅🏼

We are now accepting Christmas donations for the local pet charities, to make sure the pets that don’t have a home for Christmas have a Christmas dinner.

If you are able to donate this year we are accepting food, blankets and toys. The total donation will be split between multiple charities in the local area.

We are closed today from 2:00pm until 5:30pm for a practice meeting and staff training.
Please note our Lowestoft practice will remain closed for the rest of the day and any calls will be diverted to our Gorleston practice.
For any life threatening emergencies please call our normal number on 01493 661833 and you will be diverted to our emergency team.
