Well what can we say other than ‘thank you, thank you, thank you’. My goodness how appreciated and loved are we feeling right now. We are so overwhelmed with all our pressies, tips and cards and words cannot express what your kindness means to us.

2022 has been yet another successful year and we are forever grateful that you continue to support this small local business.

So myself and Clare would like to wish all our customers a healthy happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

Regarding the impending hot weather. We plan to remain open as the salon is fully air conditioned and is maintaining a nice cool temperature. We will be using tepid water and the heat settings will be turned off on the dryers. The driveway will be kept clear for customers to restrict your dogs movements on the pathway so please please make use of it. Hopefully this offers you reassurance. X

We are currently unable to take on new customers due to our client list being full and it will probably remain this way for the rest of the year. We will update the page when this changes.

Regarding bookings, we are now booking into September and would strongly advise if you want to secure specific time slots for the remainder of the year then get in touch.

Also, I know it seems a way off but Christmas will soon be upon us. We finish on the 21st December this year, so if you want a festive makeover for your fabulous friend you may want to think about booking/planning your appointment soon.

Please please please if you cannot attend your appointment let us know as soon as you can as we have customers waiting for cancellation appointments.

If you fail to attend anymore than three appointments during any time frame unfortunately we will have no choice but to remove you from our client list.

WOW WOW WOW. Myself and Clare would like to say a massive thank you for all our gifts, cards and tips that we have received on the run up to Christmas, you would not believe how overwhelmed we feel. We have been made to feel extremely appreciated and loved so once again thank you so so much.

To continue to provide giving your beautiful dogs a top class service I am having to make a slight increase to all grooming fees. This is due to the inflation in running costs within the salon and the increasing costs of the professional and quality products that we use, of which we do not want to alter. Thank you for your understanding. X

Hi everyone.
Apologies for that lack on posts over the last three weeks. We have been closed for our summer break which was very much needed.

Firstly I would like to thank those clients who I had to cancel at such short notice for your understanding before I officially finished for my holiday. We are resuming back in the salon next week and will do everything we can to contact you with a new date in the coming days.

Hi everyone, hope you are all keeping well. Just a couple of notes for information:-

1. With the country opening up tomorrow we will still have safety measures in place for our own peace of mind. Please still use the hand sanitizer provided, ring the doorbell and wait to be called through. We will leave it to your discretion regarding the wearing of face masks. The no entry barrier into the salon will remain in place and will be a no go zone for the foreseeable future.

2. Unfortunately our books are currently temporarily closed for new clients and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. When we are able to take on new clients again we will post on the page.

On behalf of one of our valued customers who has recently lost her beloved Yorkshire terrier. Forever home waiting for a small breed dog. If anyone knows of a quiet little dog that needs a new home where they would be centre of attention with unlimited walks then please let us know. We can vouch that this is a home where they would want for nothing.

Yippeeee......well we are giving a big high five to the news that we have finally been given the green light to commence regular grooming from 29 March. We would like to say an enormous thank you once again for your patience and understanding during the last few weeks.

It is going to take us a little while to contact everyone with appointments as we have quite a list to catch up with but we assure you all that we will be in touch very soon.

So the wait continues I am afraid 😟 hopefully we will have some idea of when we can reopen very soon. In the meantime keep up the good work with what you are doing at home and if anybody is getting into trouble with those coats, eyes, nails, bums than we can sort those problems on a welfare basis for you so please get in touch.

So unfortunately no change to the restrictions at the moment I am afraid but if anything should change and if there is any chance we are able to open sooner you will all be the first to know. So fingers crossed not long now and as soon as we have a definite date we will start to contact everyone with appointments xx

Hi everyone, just checking in with you all. We hope you are staying safe and well.

A couple of subjects we would like to highlight:

Firstly we know it is frustrating that we currently remain closed but we are continuing to strictly adhere to Pet Industry Federation and DEFRA guidelines as it is very important that as a professional pet service we follow the information/instructions that have been issued to protect ourselves and our valued customers. We are hoping and praying that these will change soon. Maybe Boris will give us some hope Monday 🤞🏼. We are authorised though to perform grooming if your dog is in the situation where their coats are getting into trouble and causing them discomfort so please get in touch if they are struggling.

Also we have had a few enquiries as to whether our prices will be increasing this year. This is something that will not be happening, we are all going through a tough enough time at the moment regarding not being able to work, furloughed etc so our prices will be remaining the same as they have for the past few years.

Meet Melsa she is wonderful and extremely hairy....I struggled to find Claire in the parlour after she had finished removing all her unwanted coat!! Fun times. :)
