We are now finished for our well earned Christmas break. As always we have been thoroughly spoilt and are totally overwhelmed with your generosity. Thank you all for all our treats, gift cards and tips we have received but more importantly thank you for your continued support and for entrusting your beloved dogs into our care. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with them all in 2024 and look forward to seeing you all next year.

Dear customers
I hope everyone had a lovely time celebrating Christmas and the New Year.
I just wanted to make everyone aware that I have had to make the reluctant decision to implement a slight price increase due to ever inflating running costs. I hope you all understand. The increase will come into play from 1st February.

Well what can we say other than ‘thank you, thank you, thank you’. My goodness how appreciated and loved are we feeling right now. We are so overwhelmed with all our pressies, tips and cards and words cannot express what your kindness means to us.

2022 has been yet another successful year and we are forever grateful that you continue to support this small local business.

So myself and Clare would like to wish all our customers a healthy happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

Regarding the impending hot weather. We plan to remain open as the salon is fully air conditioned and is maintaining a nice cool temperature. We will be using tepid water and the heat settings will be turned off on the dryers. The driveway will be kept clear for customers to restrict your dogs movements on the pathway so please please make use of it. Hopefully this offers you reassurance. X

We are currently unable to take on new customers due to our client list being full and it will probably remain this way for the rest of the year. We will update the page when this changes.

Regarding bookings, we are now booking into September and would strongly advise if you want to secure specific time slots for the remainder of the year then get in touch.

Also, I know it seems a way off but Christmas will soon be upon us. We finish on the 21st December this year, so if you want a festive makeover for your fabulous friend you may want to think about booking/planning your appointment soon.

Please please please if you cannot attend your appointment let us know as soon as you can as we have customers waiting for cancellation appointments.

If you fail to attend anymore than three appointments during any time frame unfortunately we will have no choice but to remove you from our client list.

I just want to say a huge thank you to all my customers whom I have sadly had to cancel this week due to being poorly with covid. Your support and messages have been truly heartwarming.
