We wanted to dedicate this evenings post to the lovely Beau (Arnies sister) she's has been missing from our walkies for a little while and thought we would share a post to let all those asking about her know what has been going on and how much of a warrior princess she truly is! firstly Beau had to have some time off, she had unfortunately blown her cruciate and needed surgery to put it right, as you can imagine this is quite a big operation which requires lots of strict crate rest, to enable the leg to heal, Beau was making and is still making a fantastic recovery but in the process her pawrents noticed that something was wrong with her eye, it appeared swollen and Beau was acting out of the ordinary (sleeping more, not wanting to eat which is certainly not like Beau, she is one of the biggest foodies I know). They took her to the vets and they said it looked like a possible ulcer and to take her home with eye drops to monitor, the day after her pawrents still saw no change and Beau appeared no better, if not worse so they demanded a second opinion from the vets, the vets checked Beau over again and they where not happy with her eye and wanted to get her referred to another department ASAP, to which she was admitted to a veterinary hospital in penrith, once there it was quickly decided that Beau's eye had to come out ASAP because she was in so much pain due to the pressure behind her eye, they had found a mass, the mass was sent away for testing and they confirmed that the biopsy was a melanoma and there was no way they would have been able to save her eye, they have also advised that the cells where slow growing cells so its very unlikely the cancer has spread, they deemed the operation as curative, anyway fast-forward and Beau is recovering amazingly from not one serious operation but two and managing so well with just the one eye! She is one of the strongest, most resilient dogs I have ever known. We are hoping for Beau to be back with us very soon and we canno

Hi everyone, so it is our Christmas party weekend! 🎉 I am sure that all your doggies are very excited! I know that some of you have Xmas jumpers that your pooch will be wearing,🎅 can I just mention that the field is quite muddy, so if you have a favourite jumper that you would rather not get muddy, it might be best not to put it on. Pick up will be between 12pm- 12:45, for the Saturday group and the Sunday group. For those who haven't yet paid for the party, please pay as soon as possible and finally, may I remind all party goers to drink reasonably. 🤭🍹🍸
Morning walk with Oscar. 🥰🐾
