Have you ever wondered what actually happens during a puppy groom? 🐶 Here at Double Doodles we want all of our lovely dogs to be confident and happy with the grooming process, and this can start as soon as your puppy can go on walks! Getting your puppies used to the salon environment is essential for ensuring that they’ll grow up comfortable and at ease with the care we deliver, but also to just enjoy seeing the groomer! It will take 2-3 sessions for puppies to become fully relaxed with the grooming process, after this we can start to move onto full groom’s at 6 months old when the coat starts to mature and we can begin clipping or tidying. We will always recommend a schedule based on breed, hair type, and activity levels. For our availability or for any advice, please feel free to get in touch 🐾 Thank you Tess, see you soon 💗
