Our delivery has been processed on 25th June and due to the Indonesian weather and our current climate, the amount of healthy shrimp at this stage exceeds expected ratios. this is an absolute win for us so we want to share this years good fortune with all our Sulawesi customers.

We will be stocking all the beautiful species of Sulawesi shrimp - air freight has been booked :) so they are coming to the UK once again

We are very pleased to announce our comeback!

Shrimp Corner is now back in the business after a long time being away with family matters.

We have relocated and expanded our team welcoming two new members Tim and Sara, we have been breeding together for many years and have now decided to bring Shrimp Corner back to serve the UK shrimp keepers yet again with home-bred caridina shrimp of all types & grades.

We've now added neocaridina section as well to serve all the aspects of this shrimp-keeping hobby for the UK.

We will also bring back Sulawesi at affordable prices later in the year, so get your tanks ready! We have established many caridina colonies already in our temporary breeding rooms, mostly from our original breeding stock and now completing phase 1 of constructing the world-class breeding facility, right here in the UK.

We will post progress on the website and social media, so keep an eye out for exciting times! We can’t wait to show you!

To all our existing customers who know us, Dat is still heavily involved and will continue to be, so rest assured the high quality, world-class competition-grade experience Shrimp Corner is known for will continue.

12 tanks Shrimp Breeding Tanks & Racks for sale

Rack's dimensions are 120x180x40cm and each rack has:

12 x customade size tanks with glass sliding lids
All 12 tanks have matured & nearly new shrimp soil. The setup date is marked on each tank and you have another 2-3 years of breeding before soils need to be replaced.
12 x HMF tower block filters with uplift tubes
3 x bright LED lights
24 x screw in air valves - easy to make air loop system.
All the moss stays in the tank. This is because there are tanks having so many tiny babies and we will not be able to scoop them all out. So they will go with the tanks.
Full shrimp keeping & breeding guidances will be provided as well, so you can breed shrimp like us.
Dry goods like shrimp nets, hang on selecting boxes are also included

All you need to do is filling up the tanks with remineralised RO water

Due to unforeseen family matter, we have to relocate and must stop our shrimp breeding & selling activities, for an indefinite period of time.

We’ve put on a huge sale for all our shrimp (be quick as good shrimp will go fast) – together with some dry goods & rare crepidomanes etc. Tanks and racks will be put on sale at very attractive price once the shrimp are clear.

Regarding our website, we thought we’ve found someone to continue with it – but turns out that person think it’s too good to be true!

We are now giving the website, with our customers database (of 10 years running) & supplier details to any of our EXISTING customers – completely FREE. If you would like to start your own shrimp business, then please get in touch. If no one was suitable, we will turn our website into a shrimp Wikipedia type with plenty of photos and information for our UK shrimp keepers.

It's Christmas time !

Hi all

We are fully aware of the post of Vin and his foul language for a professional shrimp breeder & business, isn't it just beautiful ? There are always 2 sides to the story. So believe what you want to believe.

Bear in mind, this has been 3 years process of breeding fancy tigers for us. Vin was made aware of them clearly since 2019 that we have sources these shrimp elsewhere, and we have been posting photos and videos up of our breeding process.

We made a big mistake when staying loyal to Vin and giving him the credit to the name of these shrimp, but with our own bred shrimp. We should have just call them our own line because we've actually bred them to sell in the UK, not him.

Regarding Storm products, we found out that the products have been substituted and wasn't what they used to be. We reported to Vin straightaway at the end of 2021 and stop selling them immediately (by marking them out of stock). All we get from Vin was oh they are just colour differences. And we have also notified some of the big breeders about this problem as we were the one who sold these products to them.

We've been discussed with Vin for the last 3 days, we refused to provide Vin with the screenshots that he wanted. He was swearing non stop in our conversation and also on the post that you have read. This is not the first time this has happened. He was banned from previous contests in China for the same reason - please see the picture attached.

There is not much to discuss about this as we have made our mistake by giving him the credit where it shouldn't be his. Lesson learned ! Either fork out 500-800euros a shrimp with him or the offspring become stray shrimp.

We've made a post on our website, we also apologise to our customers about this name mixed up.

On the other hand, we have taken his requests seriously by removing the name Thunder and Lightning off our listings, not sure why is he still whining about them now. It has been 3 years gone by and only after the Dortmund competition, at beginning of this month, this problem started to happen. May be because he only walked away with 1 gold and 3 bronze where he signed up for all the categories ? Were the results not as expected ? The famous bloodline didn't get to win 1st nor 2nd place in fancy tiger's categories ? Or is he seeing us as a big threat to his golden/ pumpkin line - 3rd place (500euros he wanted for each :p) where we sell our own bred in the UK for much less....Hmm.. who knows. Too many things to think off, but...

Life is too short, just enjoy the hobby folks !
