Polite reminder: office hours are 9am-5pm Mon - Fri CLOSED Sat & Sun. I am to respond as soon as possible, but defiantly within 48 hours. Please bear in mind that my work schedule varies from day to day, and as such so will my response time.

Messages, emails, Whatsapp etc sent before 9am or after 5pm will not be looked at until the following day. If sent on the Weeknd I will not look at them until Monday.

Please note that as much as I LOVE my job I am also a full time mum of two and have a very busy schedule aside from Canine
Reactive.

As much as support is part of your packages, I also need some down time, my work phone is also my personal phone (this will be changing soon), so it can be stressful when I get notifications late in the evening or on weekends when I am supposed to be with my family.

New date for a new lot of puppy classes.

Starting on the 18th of October 2024 at Whitecroft Memorial Hall. The course runs for six weeks and is held on Friday evenings 7-8pm. This course is for puppies aged 12-22 weeks.

The course will teach your pup the following essentials.
🐾 Name recognition
🐾 Grooming
🐾 Handling
🐾 Drop
🐾 Leave
🐾 Settle
🐾 Foundation lead skills
🐾 Foundation focus skills
🐾 Calm greeting to other dogs
🐾 Calm greetings to other people

All training is done using force-free positive methods, based around setting your puppy up so he can naturally offer what we want and get rewarded.

You will be under the watchful eye of a fully qualified trainer and behaviourist, meaning you have the opertunity to get both behaviour and training support for anything relating to puppy development.

Each week owners also receive informative handouts on various topics relating to training, behaviour, care and surviving puppyhood.

BONUS: Unlike other puppy classes you will get access to me in between classes via WhatsApp to ask any questions you have for extra support.

The course is £85 payment and booking is done over the phone.

Hate technology with a passion.
Long story short, no internet since Wednesday, was supposed to be fixed today, but now it won't be fixed until the 12th!!!! I have data on my phone but because it 4g it very hit and miss as to whether it works.

Have been on the phone to BT for hours. Tried setting up new equipment, and a special booster device to allow us to connect to internet even though main line down, but guess what? That doesn't work either.

So, if you are a client or friend and have been trying to email or WhatsApp me i apologise for the delay in response. I also may not get it to start with.

Work regarding dynamic dog reports unfortunately will be pushed back due me not being able to access what I need on my main computer, I do not have a laptop which I can take somewhere else to connect to WiFi to do the work, so you will really have to bear with me everyone.

Tonight's puppy class! Looks like it's going to be a scorcher today. Please come prepared later.

Have your car running with the Aircon on rive minutes before your puppy goes on. It can be useful to dampen a towel and have that in the car for them to lie on.

You may also want to bring frozen licki mats or similar to help pup cool down during session.

It might also be wise to have a damp towel or cooling mat for them to lie on and work on in class.

Enjoy the sun in the meantime.☀️

GOOD MORNING! IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM CANINE REACTIVE HQ.

It has been brought to my attention that several people have tried to contact me either by commenting on my posts or by using messenger on my business page that Facebook has not shown me or notified me of, I cannot even find them if I search for it!

This means some of you have not had a response from me despite enquiring about getting help for your dog using these methods of contact.

Understandably this has left some people feeling like I have been unprofessional and not responded to them, or ignored them. PLEASE NOTE this is not the case. I genuinely cannot access your inquiries on Facebook.
