Paws n Music Association

Paws n Music Association PnM is the first & foremost KC registered UK Heelwork to Music Association. Supporting this wonderful sport for 20 years!

Heelwork to Music and Freestyle is a great way to build a very special bond with your dog. Founded in April 2000 as the first Heelwork to Music group in the UK, Paws N Music supports the promotion and development of this wonderful sport which provides unique opportunities to have fun with your dog. The combination of music and dog allows handlers to demonstrate their skills and partnership. The fl

exibility of the sport allows a choice of music and movements and so it can be enjoyed by any age of handler and any breed of dog. In addition Paws N Music offers the disciplines of Musical Dressage and Dancing with Dogs as extra classes at all events. The aims of Paws N Music include:

- Providing opportunities for handlers interested in the sport to explore a range of formats at events held by the Association
- Helping to develop understanding and knowledge of dog training in conjunction with musical expression
- Supporting the dissemination of information
- Providing and supporting educational opportunities for learning within the sport

Saturday’s Crufts Semi Finals and Dog of the Year competition.

Below is clarification on a couple of questions from competitors and spectators that have come in over the last few days in case of interest to others.

Competitors will have access to the ring when the show opens until about ten minutes before the judging starts.

Spectators that are bringing dogs with them will NOT be able to bring them in the building. Only dogs entered in the show can go inside. If you bringing a dog as a spectator in your car, you can exercise them outside on lead but will need to register them at the booking in desk as per the schedule.

There will be food and refreshments available from the shop in the hall next to the booking in desk. We have a number of stalls attending which we hope you will support.

Please park as directed and sensibly to ensure we can fit everyone in without blocking vehicle access.

A list competitors in running order will be added to the website today for people to print out and bring to follow the proceedings if you want one. We will not have printed catalogues to buy on the day.

Although the hall will be warmed up before the show starts we will not have the overhead heating system on whilst dogs are working.

Thank you and looking forward to seeing you all!
