Wishing you and your animals a very Happy New Year! I hope you have a magical 2025.

I've been reflecting on 2024 over the past few weeks. It's been such an interesting and busy year at Self Selection For Animals. I've been delighted to help horses, ponies, goats, sheep, cats, dogs, puppies :) and snakes. I've also been asked to communicate with many animals in spirit and to assist at end of life, with supportive healing and essential oils.

Some of the highlights of 2024 have been:

🐾 Group healing sessions for animals with a fear of fireworks.

🐾 Creating 2 new online animal communication classes to help anxious animals and their guardians.

🐾 Talk for Live Laugh Love Ladies Club at Ringwood.

🐾 Supporting Caring Canines at the Holdenhurst Village Fete.

I just feel so very lucky to be able to follow my calling. Each and every day I'm grateful for all the animals and people who are in my life. Thank you for your support and I'm excited to see what 2025 has in store!

Did you know some Christmas scents can be overwhelming or harmful to your animals? ❌

Avoid clove essential oil, especially around cats, as it can be toxic for them.

Always ensure your furry friends have the option to move away from any scents or diffusers. Their comfort is key. 💚

Keep a bottle of pure lavender essential oil handy for inhalation—it’s a great way to soothe both you and your animals during the holidays. 🕊️

👀 Pro Tip for Cats: Cover the top of the bottle with your hand, before offering it for inhalation, to avoid direct physical contact between your cat and the essential oil.
