If your looking for a Christmas Present for any Bookworms then I highly recommend this book. It's a book that's for all ages. A book that will get children's imaginations racing & wondering what goes on in their own gardens & for adults...escapism to a whole new little world.
Peter, the Author, is a friend of mine & his gorgeous Dog Cuthbert was one of my buddies. Sadly Cuthbert passed away a few months ago.
This book is all about a rescued Arctic Fox, a Daddy-Long-Legs & their friends .

HALLELUJAH....NO LEG PAIN
A week after I'd had my heart attack, I started getting pain in my right leg. Dr said it was because I wasn't walking as much as I would of normally.
Every morning, the pain was bad & then on/off during the day.
This morning is the first without pain. My walks yesterday obviously did the trick

I know I have my limitations at the moment but today has been the best therapy.

I'm so disappointed. 😪
I was planning on doing a couple of Dog walks today...restart gradually...but no.
I now have one hell of head cold & chesty cough. Feel absolutely rubbish.
Just want to cry.😪
After having 6 weeks off work already, I was really looking forward to today
