POLEWORK SESSIONS

I am loving using the poles/boards/blocks layouts to improve Flatwork. I met some new combinations today, as well as old friends back and regulars.
This was my view from Prince using the layout to work on leg yielding out on a 20m circle, 10m canter circles and simple changes and more. Such a versatile set up.

I will be setting up something EVERY THURSDAY now so please let me know if interested. I'm also running a polework day on Wednesday 26th February.

A good day out at Crofton Manor for Peggy with Elton and Blue. Always lots to work on but very pleased with 67.3% for Elton Novice 5 on his BD debut and 65.2% for Blue in Novice 4.

NEW YEAR LESSONS - achieve your goals in 2025!!

I'm just getting my diary organised for the New year after a lovely break. I specialise in building confidence in partnerships, aiming to improve rider position and understanding, to work towards an improved way of going for the horse. I offer flatwork, polework and low level jumping (jumping limited by a 20*40 arena), for adults and children. I enjoy working with partnerships where things may not be going that well, trying to get to the bottom of understanding the horse to improve the situation for both horse and rider. I offer private and group lessons. I can teach in the evening as we have floodlights.

Well that was a fun day with my Christmas tree pole formation 🎄. Walk poles, trotting poles, circles with poles, leg yields to and from poles, you name it we tried it today! Lovely to meet some new combinations that I hope will return, and always lovely to see my regulars 🥰 mulled wine and mince pies after each session - not my most healthy diet ever but very yummy 😋
