When launched in 2001, Calm & Condition offered a lower starch and sugar alternative to traditional competition mixes, reducing fizzy behaviour and appropriately earning its name. During the 23 years since its launch, the equine nutrition industry has changed, with feeds offered in the marketplace shifting toward higher fibre and lower starch/sugar, in line with our nutritional knowledge, scientific research, and how our horses are kept.

We listened to our customers, who communicated that Calm & Condition was a feed suited to horses and ponies in higher levels of work, and we decided to change the feed name to reflect this better.

You spoke, we listened, and Calm & Condition has been relaunched as Compete & Condition.

2 x HGV Class 1 blower drivers required, based at Theddlethorpe near Mablethorpe.

Duties will involve loading grain on local farms, delivering to mills then backloading animal feeds. Previous experience of blower work is essential.

£12.50/hour, £18.75/overtime.

Occasional night out required.

Monday to Friday, roughly 12 hour days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£18.75 per hour

Expected hours: 55 – 60 per week
