Stud Welcome to Tothby Manor Equestrian.

We operate a small, friendly livery yard which is set in an attractive and peaceful location on the edge of the market town of Alford in East Lincolnshire. Located a short distance from the A16 between Louth and Boston, we are within easy reach of the beach and the Lincolnshire Wolds which both offer exceptional hacking on and off road

Traditional brick stable on outdoor yard
Tubby style indoor stables with full rubber matting on a covered indoor yard.

🐎20x 40 rubber and sand indoor arena with show jumps and dressage mirrors

🐴 Monarch fully rubber lined 5 horse walker

🏞️Miles of hacking on and off road around our own farm land on 6m wide grass tracks.

🌾Hay, haylage and straw grown and produced onsite at competive prices

📦Storage

🕹️CCTV on yard and people onsite 24 hours a day.

🌱Individual All year turnout (weather restrictions sometimes apply however daily turnout is still offered) on good draining old fashioned pasture land with equine appropriate fencing and water supply

🏖️20 minutes trailer/lorry ride from the beach

🏇🏻Reduced hire rate of 50x45m sand and fibre arena with full course of show jumps just a 5 minute off road hack away at Ailby Stud Farm.

🥕Feed/shavings and supplies can be delivered to your stable door at competitive prices

💆‍♀️Fully qualified and insured equine massage therapist on site offering discounted rates

💷DIY £36 per week excluding feed, haylage and bedding.
