Rocklawn Lily
Wanting to find a 🆕🏡 for my lovely Lily
14hh 7 year old registered Connemara mare N/N for hoofwall.
I originally bought Lilly as a project last year but sadly I just don’t think she is going to make it as a ridden pony, she’s not got a bad bone in her body but just isn’t happy under saddle, never bucked, reared or bolted just genuinely doesn’t ever feel relaxed.
She is up to date with everything and has lots of regular physio/ chiropractor checks. She is completely sound and never had any lameness.
She originally came over from Ireland as a 3 year old. Was broken by a lovely young girl who brought her on slowly & correctly with guidance from myself & other professionals.
But sadly the more I have done with her over the past year of owning her she just seems more and more unhappy.
Lils would definitely make a lovely broodmare, she is very deep and more than capable of carrying a bigger foal. She’s so easy to do in every way on the ground and such a pleasure to have on the yard that’s why I have persevered with her for longer than most people would because I just love her so much !
If it was possible I would keep her and have a foal from her myself but sadly my lack of time & funds means that can’t be possible.
I’m open to sensible offers, but I will not be ripped off. She is not being sold as a ridden pony but will definitely be an asset to any stud with her great breeding.

WE ARE BACK 💥

After almost a whole year off from competing, we’re back!!! Took my favourite boy Landslow Rockstar to a local working hunter show today, thrown him right in the deep end after having a very quiet winter and he took it all in his stride.
Not the best day on paper as he has a few spooks which caused us a pole in each class but I couldn’t be happier with him. After having the worst year ever last year and not even feeling confident enough to ride again at one point, I’m just so happy to even be back out enjoying riding my pony.

Doodles is the best pony ever & will always be a winner in my eyes. So so grateful to have him in my life, my forever pony🦄🩷

Looking for a member of staff to join our team of ponies 🦄
Approx 2/ 3 hours work 2 days a week (the days will be different weekly due to my work hours)

Must be hardworking, able to work on their own and confident with young ponies. Yard of 8 very well behaved ponies.

Job will consist of all yard duties, mucking out, haynets, poo picking, turning out/ bringing in.
(Maybe some hacking/ lunging available)

We are based in lower withington SK119EG.

Heidi🩵. My baby Connie I bought last February with the plan to break her in in the summer and possible do some dressage/ showing for the rest of the season… obviously that didn’t happen😂 I soon realised H wasn’t ready for ridden life when I started with her last May so I gave her the rest of the year to mature and today we finally had our first proper ride round the yard !
Heidi is the sassiest cheekiest pony on the yard, she makes me laugh daily with her attitude.
I’m sooo excited to carry on producing her and see what we get up to🥳

Looking for a groom to help me out for a few hours on the yard at weekends.
just one day a week, it will vary depending on competitions I have booked in! ( There will also be odd week day hours as well if wanted ! )
Currently a yard of 11 very well behaved ponies.
Yard duties only, mucking out, poo picking etc.
candidate must be confident around young horses as a few I have in will be breakers.

Currently I have 3 lovely horses in for schooling with another on the way on Wednesday coming from Ireland !☘️🇮🇪

A lovely welsh cob I have in for breaking at the moment 🌙✨

Luna came to me 4 weeks ago, when she first arrived she had never been bitted or ever seen a saddle, so has been started slowly and correctly by myself, she’s now loving being a pampered ridden pony 🦄🌸

She had her first trot under saddle yesterday on her first ever hack up the lane! So pleased with how she’s coming on. Gaining confidence every session and seems to be loving her new lifestyle ! 😊✅

Can’t thank her owner Helen Worth / Kaybrook Stud for letting me work with another of her wonderful ponies 🥰🙌🏻
