This has now meant my diary is incredibly busy, so please plan ahead and book at least 2 appointments in advance.

Once I have been in touch with everyone, I will open up further bookings until the end of the year

Hi everyone,

It has almost been a year trading in Sutton after the move, which has flown by. Thank you for keeping me so busy

I have been reflecting on the business and have made the decision to downsize it slightly, I will be reducing my days to Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the odd weekend if needed

This change isn't happening immediately, but in the coming months, with a date tbc, but I'm anticipating around Easter

For any appointments booked for a Tuesday or Friday that may be impacted, i will be in touch in the coming weeks to offer an alternative appointment time

I am not giving up grooming, I just need to ease off the gas slightly

Hi Everyone

I have held off for as long as I can by not rising prices since 2023, but from 1st April, there will be a slight price rise of £3 per small/medium dog and £5 per large dog...

I have faced a number of rises behind the scenes and can no longer swallow these costs...

I really don't like doing this as it pains me to turn customers away... but my body is saying I can't work any harder, so it's time to put a pause on taking any new customers...

I am sorry to those who may be disappointed by this...

For all existing customers, please stick to a regular routine for your dogs and plan ahead. My diary is looking incredibly busy with your lovely dogs, so appointment availability may be limited.

Hi Everyone

Just a quick note, if you are booking online, please check your booking carefully, I've had a couple of people thinking they have booked for February but have actually booked for March...

I am fully booked for February and a lot of March, so please bear this in mind. In most cases, I can not fit your dogs in if you turn up on the wrong day

I am only working on select hours between Friday 14th Feb and Monday 24th February for half term, so there will be a delay in response to any calls/texts.

Please remember that social media messages are no longer being monitored, so all enquiries must be made by 07340661898, either text, WhatsApp, or call

Did you know there were 8 different ways to reach me in regards to queries... in pursuit of streamlining the business and hopefully providing you with better customer service, I am reducing these...

Social media will now be used as a gallery and for updates only... all communication is now being migrated to phone or online booking only...

Now you can still call, text, or WhatsApp on the mobile number or respond to the automated booking messages, but no more Facebook, Instagram, and emails

I know many of you prefer this method, but sadly , I can not monitor all of them. So please save 07340661898 in your phones

Remember, the online booking is always open

Reopening tomorrow...

Thank you for being patient with me whilst I had a break over Christmas... I am back grooming tomorrow...

I have just checked my messages and will work my way back through them as soon as I can... there were a few messages that the number was unrecognisable, so if you haven't heard from me by tomorrow afternoon, please do call again

January is always a really hard month for any self-employed and/or service providing industry.

Normally, we see a massive influx in cancellations, no-shows, or the phone doesn't ring as much whilst people rein in spending after Christmas... please note that, as always, I do need 48 hours' notice for any cancellations so that i can fill that space. Failure to not provide this will result in a full charge of the missed appointment

If you have requested any and haven't received a reminder, please do just give me a nudge via message (either 07340661898 or via the booking number), and I will make sure you are on my list...

If you normally have block bookings and haven't asked for more, I won't automatically assume you wish to continue this on, so please do drop me a message if I haven't spoken to you already

January is looking very busy with only a few spaces left the week commencing 27th January so please bear this in mind if you prefer to book nearer the time or via the online booking
