There are various road closures and resisted access for some part of the day

Our entrance from the silkroad is not directly affected but please bare in mind the traffic

Please read carefully

Due to the increase of NO SHOWS in the last month alone i have taken the very hard decision to start taking deposit for all dog grooms

We are a small business and this has a huge impact on me and my staff

We have therfore decided from the 1st December all grooms will have to pay a non refundable deposit to secure your appointment

Our deposit system will work on a rolling deposit which means when your dog is due for grooming full payment will be required and your deposit will roll over to your next grooms

As many of my clients pre book there appointment your deposit will keep rolling over until you either give less then 24hrs cancellation notice you or you don't show up if this happens on a NO SHOW you will be required to pay the remaining full amount of the groom price before another appointment will be made
Deposit will be refunded if you don't need us or need to cancel more then 24hrs before appointment and would like the deposit back
