3RD PARTY INSURANCE COVER - Check and note your renewal date NOW!

Many of you joined DOGS TRUST'S COMPANION CLUB, which provides your dog with 3rd party insurance cover. Most owners did this from the announcement of the ban up to the end of January 2024.

⚠️ Existing Dogs Trust members may have different renewal dates throughout the year.

📆 Set a reminder on your phone & put it on your calendar A MONTH BEFORE IT'S DUE!

💰 It's important to have the FUNDS to RENEW IN TIME. Put money away safe.

It's £25 or £12.50 (for over 60yrs) a year. It works out to just over £2 a month/50p a week or £1/25p (over 60yrs old). Don't leave it to the last moment and let it lapse.

Insurance cover proof will need to be sent to DEFRA for their records.

Not having 3rd party insurance in place all year round risks your dogs being seized!

🐶 The great British weather has hit us again! ☔️

Again we had closed the fields to allow us time to do some much needed painting and a few extra jobs… and yet again it’s raining! 😏
This is the 3rd time we have closed with plans and the 3rd time we have had to cancel due to the weather!

But this means we have now reopened the fields and have plenty of availability for this week!!

Sadly we have made a decision to temporarily stop bookings in our Blue Field and allow it time to rest and regrow.
For many reasons we decided to keep both fields open throughout the Winter where we would usually close.
But unfortunately with the weather recently and all the rain it’s now become more mud than grass.

If you have a booking in the Blue field already then don’t worry, your booking will go ahead as planed. If you wish to move it over to the Green field then please get in touch and we can reschedule that for you no problem.
