How many dogs is too many?!
Multi dog household…. We’ve come away for a few days over half term and six dogs are enjoying their time together! It hasn’t always been this chilled but it is possible! Anyone needing advice with their own multi dog household, please do get in touch.
9 weeks today! 💛 I can’t believe that only a week has past since our darling Hugo came home. He has taken everything in his stride. After giving him a few days to settle and feel confident in his new home we’re on the case with his socialisation. He had the best time at Harrison Family Vets, Readingf for his 1st vaccinations - liver paste and cuddles all the way! He’s learnt to love his crate and playpen. He’s been on short car journeys to collect the girls from netball. Been spoilt rotten by the wonderful Mitch PetsCorner Hare Hatch. Although at 6.1kg already 😳 carrying him has meant our trips are nice and short! We’ve had Gigaclear in the house and the kind men in their high viz jackets gave Hugo some love! He’s had his mind blown by an empty egg box!! 🤦♀️🤣. He’s even watched a bit of Crufts on TV! I am so so proud of our little man and in even better news, Otto is starting to quite like (tolerate!!) his new little brother! Happy Friday all! 🥳

This young boxer is loving learning “middle”! It’s early days with her learning it and it’s not easy for me to teach her and video all at the same time!! Multitasking - always a challenge!! Middle is great for calmness, attention and bringing the pups in close after a recall, and loads of other reasons too! Plus it’s fun! What do you like to use “middle” for with your pup?

Such a good girl! This young boxer is trying so hard working on building her attention around other dogs. As you can imagine she’s a very sociable dog; plus lives with 3 other dogs so focus doesn’t always come easily but just look at her! She’s doing a course of 1-1s just with me, and we’ve tagged sessions in with her family either side to share the learning. Still work in progress but super proud of her!
Speedy boy! Fabulous recall in our final session in a course of 1-1s. At nearly 10months old, this super mini schnauzer was starting to push a few boundaries about when he decided to come back! But we some focused 1-1 training his recall has improved immensely. If you’d like some support with your own dog, please feel to ping me a message.
