Groomer out😴 Another year done. I can’t thank all of my lovely clients enough for their support, cards, gifts and tips. I really am humbled and feel so appreciated.

Thank you as always for supporting me and helping my little business to keep flourishing. I love being your groomer! Merry Christmas, see you all again in 2024, my first day back in the salon is Tuesday 2nd January. All messages will be responded to then.

I’m thinking now is as good as time as any to send out some important information about the festive period🎄

Just a little bit of info to help from now up until Xmas run as smooth as possible!

🎄 Please please please, if you can no longer make your appointment, let me know with 48 hours notice wherever possible. I have a cancellation list running for December, so I can offer your slot to someone else in need of one. It would really help me and someone else’s dog in need of an Xmas haircut. As always, the cancellation policy is running and if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there is a charge for the full appointment, (50% between 48 and 24 hours notice). Sorry to be a Grinch on this one!🫣

🎄 Messages may be responded to a little slower than usual, so sorry! I have lots of dogs to pamper up until Xmas, so if I’m taking a little longer than usual to respond, give me a friendly nudge and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

🎄 Don’t forget to let me know if you’re treating your dog/s this year to Xmas pamper packages/bows/personalised tree decorations.

🎄 If you can, please ensure you arrive on time for collections/drop offs. My days are planned according to timely handovers.

What a super boy Arlo has been! Getting rid of his dead undercoat was super satisfying🤩

Arlo is an overseas rescue who now has a loving home in England. There is some debate on which breeds he is made up of until he has his DNA test. What mix breed do you think he is?

IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!🥳

My wonderful colleagues surprised me today by decorating my table (balloons tightly held on with poo bags😆), home baked goodies, jam doughnuts, a cake and presents. I couldn’t be more grateful. My day was super made when Isla (cockerpoo) came running in, jumped up into my arms and gave me kisses all over my face🤩 Cookie (husky) made sure that all my gifts and cake were sufficiently covered in her hair, and she also sang happy birthday to me whilst I dried her. And other Cookie (bulldog) gave me a lot of laughs as she always does. Another amazing day with amazing clients.

It did give me great joy that because of the way the balloons were positioned, it made all of my dogs look like they were extras in the Disney film ‘Up’ today😂🎈🏠

I am now out of the salon to celebrate my birthday with friends & family until Tuesday 7th November. I will respond to all messages on my return.

When Copper’s hoomum asked whether I could help them out with a couple of puppy introductions before they relocate, how could I say no?

Even though I won’t be Copper’s forever groomer, I’m privileged to give him a good head start in his grooming career. He’ll be on his way to being a pro by the time he moves😄

The lovely Lettie🖤

This lovely lady did incredibly well despite having a few mobility issues. All of the equipment in the salon is hydraulic, so it goes low enough that dogs can either step on or step off. This makes catering for dogs with mobility issues simple! Lettie was a model student with me, she made her hoomum very proud.

Any questions please do not hesitate to ask. The personalised tree decorations can be made for anyone local, not just clients! They can be collected from the salon. They also make a great gift for any of your dog loving family/friends🎁

As always, once the packages are gone, they are gone! Please let me know in advance if you’re treating your pups or yourselves so I can get your decorations made for you to collect at your dog’s appointment.
