Red and Loki both came to us as reactive teenagers. Unsure, overwhelmed and doing the best they could with the tools they had at the time.
Through calm, kindness and consistency, they’ve been supported into adulthood in a way that allows them to feel safe, heard and understood.
There’s been no rushing, no forcing, just meeting them where they are and helping them navigate the world at their own pace 🧡
