One of the questions people often ask is how long our amazing catnip toys last. Of course, there’s no easy answer to that question. Some cats like to have a new toy regularly, usually monthly, and some are happy to make them last. Today I heard Mittsy’s raspy little tongue going to town and knew she was playing on a Kicker. It’s one of her favourites…. from Christmas! Complete with Christmas fabric 😹 I think she may be trying to hint that she deserves a new one 😹

😻 Can you believe, I’m still ill 🤒 this chest infection just won’t let go! I’m much better than I was though, definitely on the mend 😊 The reason I’m telling you this (apart from a thinly veiled plea for sympathy 😉) is that I won’t be at Pentagon Food and Craft Market or Staplehurst Food & Craft Market this weekend.

😻 So it should’ve been the first market of 2024 for Toe Beans And Whiskers tomorrow. Should’ve been? Ah yes, I’m glad you asked…:I had a bit of a rotten fall down the stairs a couple of days ago and now I’m all battered and bruised and my back is saying a solid ‘no’ to setting up my little stall 🤦‍♀️

We're really very sorry, but we've had to take the decision to POSTPONE Headcorn Christmas Artisan Market tomorrow due to the weather forecast.

Due to the wind chill factor, there is a strong chance the predicted rain could fall as sleet.

However, we're pleased to confirm that we can reschedule to Sunday 17th December - which will allow you to do some last minute shopping!!

See - silver lining in every cloud! 🌤

Please accept our apologies if you had made plans to come and visit us, but we're sure you will appreciate we have to put the safety of both our stallholders and YOU, our visitors first. We also are mindful of damage to Days Green too, which would be a real shame as it is so well maintained.
