😻 This Sunday we’re back at the fabulous Beckley Farmers and Craft Market 😻 and we’re in good company, just look at the array of amazing makers that will be there! 😻
Hello all!!
So I was trying to post about everyone in the market this month but I have failed miserably mainly because I have soooo many amazing stallholders and I there are just not enough hours in the day!
So as is traditional the week before the market, I am sharing all the stalls you will see at the market this Sunday.
In the Main Hall
🐶Edible Bakes - delectable, melt in the mouth pastries and naughty niceness
🐶Baked by Chelsea - if you don't know her by now, have you been living under a rock? Traybakes of gooey, scrumptious heaven.
🐶Pebble Beach Bakery - artisan, award winning granola and freshly made bagels. I mean I have never tasted bagels that make me feel like I could be in New York. Emma is only at our market, so don't miss out.
🐶 Happy Mallows - you know why they call them happy mallows? One bite and you will be happy!
🐶 Eileen - will be back again this year with her decadent Christmas cakes, grab them while you can.
🐶Morebread Farm - lamb so fresh, you can taste the difference. Order now for your Christmas dinner.
🐶 The Kind Table - Eco friendly, sustainable and reusable are all buzzwords of now, but this amazing company are living it. Everything in their shop and stall follows that amazing ethos.
🐶 The Artisan Bread Company - Freshly baked sourdough (baked hours before you buy it) like you have never tasted before, unless you have bought from Richard before
🐶 Browns Fruit and Vegetables - Sarah has been coming to the market for years with delicious, fresh, seasonal produce.
🐶 The Cheese Lady of Beckley - that's me! Artisan cheese in amazing flavours, all wax wrapped and so it has long dates. All vegetarian and out of this world!
🐶 Northiam Honey - the best honey around. Local and loving harvested, I am sure they know each bee's name.
🐶 Elizabeth Dunmore is back for her second market with us. She has written her own children's book. It is a lovely tale which you won't find in any bookshop just yet. Perfect Christmas present.
🐶 Ioulia Homecrafts - make sure you catch Ioulia this month with her gorgeous handmade pieces. She won't be back before Christmas so make sure you don't miss out.
🐶 Glass Art Wizard - Martin is a very talented glass artist. He creates beautiful pieces perfect for a gift, a treat or a statement. Martin is not with us in December, so please grab a piece while you can.
🐶 Angie Lewis Jewellery - regulars know Angie and her work, from statement pieces to costume jewellery, make sure you say hello.
🐶Walk4Wellbeing - is back with us again this month, selling beautiful cards, prints and her amazing books. Come along have a look and chat you won’t regret it!
🐶 Jan & Julia Candles - absolutely gorgeous, candles, reed diffusers and so much more. I know I have said it so many times already, and well done for getting this far, but perfect Christmas presents!!
🐶 Emma Batten - is a local author and most of her books are based around the area. Have a chat with her as she is so very passionate about every book.
🐶 Mark's boxes - Mark handmakes many of his boxes and they are all lovely pieces that you would not find anywhere else.
🐶 Mulberry Melts - heavenly, combinations of scents that fill your home with delight at any time of day.
🐶 Toe Beans & Whiskers - is back! And I can tell you my cats are very happy. Cat nip toys that the fussiest of felines will love.
🐶 The Beckley School Association are joining us this month and will be selling their raffle tickets! Make sure you get a few books as I have seen the prize list and it is amazing.
The Foyer
After that mammoth list, I am glad we have a much shorter list here:
🐼 Clever Creations - beautiful ethically sourced blankets, gifts and materials. I love these blankets so much, I believe they should be in a glossy magazine artfully thrown over a chaise lounge!
🐼 Soaps from GO - Gill handmakes every single one of her soaps. Cold process soap is very good for your skin and even better when you know every ingredient that goes into it.
🐼 Seed Tube - I really spoil you with amazing stalls. Come and have a chat with Abi, she lovingly makes these tubes filled with quality seeds, and beautifully presented
By the way if you are making up gifts, maybe some seeds from Abi, some gardening gloves from Cynthia and gardeners soap from Gill? Don't say I don't help!
In the small hall
Along with the glamourous WI ladies serving tea, coffee and breakfast we have:
🦁 Designs by Caz - handmade knitted baby, toddler and children's clothes, hats and booties. I have no tiny people to buy for, but it doesn't mean I don't want to!

🦁 Avon - Paula is back, with amazing bargains on quality products.
🦁 Look What You Made Me Bead - Sara and Sophie are back, cute bracelets for your favourite little people. Perfect for stocking fillers, advent calendars, or just little gifts!
🦁 The Wonky Crocheter - Iesha is back with us for her second market. Beautiful handmade pieces, from small to large every piece is properly tested and suits every budget.
🦁 Lizzylou's Haberdashery - exactly what it says on the tin. Lizzy is so full of knowledge and can help you with any questions you have.
🦁 Funky Hen - Sandra has some amazing pieces to suit all body types and budgets. Sandra can just look at you and say what works!
And finally outside, definitely not last.
🦆Stems & Twine – make gorgeous wreaths and dried flower displays, I bought the most beautiful autumnal wreath the other day and the postman can’t stop squeezing my mini pumpkins!
🦆Baklava Bakes – is back with us and snuggled up with her sister outside. Delicious, crispy, sweet, baklava. What more can you ask for?
🦆 **NEW STALL** Battle Cider are joining us this month with organic, local cider made with local apples with no nasty chemical. Come for a taster and leave with a bottle.
🦆 Wood and Tails – Barry makes so many wonderful things from birdboxes, bird tables, toy boxes and anything you can think of. Have a chat with him and see what he can do for you!
🦆Sustainable Meat Eater – with so much in the news about how we have to be more responsible with the food we choose to eat, Russel is doing good in the world. Have a chat with him about what you can preorder for Christmas. Plus he knows more about his meat than I do.
🦆Basil’s Fungi Farm – Gourmet, freshly and locally grown mushrooms. These may not be classically ‘magic’ but do you know all the amazing health benefits that mushrooms have? Robbie, has so much knowledge and ideas of how to cook these as he was a chef. Come and have a chat with him.
🦆Last but definitely not least, Mo-Makes will be coming with tasty chutneys, jams and pickles. Think of all those cold meats, roasts and lazy pieces of toast coming next month, you will need to stock up now!
