⭐Keep them all inside.( Not the horses!) 😂
⭐Close the curtains
⭐Turn the lights on
⭐Turn the sound up on the TV
⭐Thunder jackets for dogs
⭐Build a den for them to hide in
⭐Try to stay calm, don't tell them off
⭐Reward good calm behaviour
⭐Offer them new toys for distraction
⭐Do not leave them alone

I have been playing firework noises on repeat on the TV and through Alexa over the past few days to try and desensitise my two dogs. I do it every year and it seems to help.
My terrier wears a jacket, that helps him feel safe and helps to calm him down.

I just love all the different dogs I get to meet everyday and all their lovely owners who absolutely love their pets to pieces.

I've always thought you can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat an animal!

Lots of nail clips and a**l gland expressions this week all in the comfort of their own homes, no stressful trips to the vets.

My last walk with this gorgeous lovey girl Brie 😍
Brie is one of my ad-hoc clients.
Her mum's away on holiday so Brie is staying with her grandma, whilst grandma is happy to walk Brie around the block for a leg stretch and a toilet break it's been nice for her to have some longer walks too, to burn off some energy.
