Just a little reminder for everyone that our first food bank collection will be taking place 5.30pm to 6.30pm on Monday 2nd September. As previously said no questions will be asked so please come along and share the community spirit.

We have been overwhelmed with donations for our pet food bank and we are extremely grateful.
We have now decided that the first collection day will be 5.30pm to 6.30pm on Monday 2nd September. This will be done on a first come first serve basis, from our back room that was the hydro centre. There will be someone helping dispense the food but no questions other than about your pet will be asked!
Please continue to support us and lets get the community spirit up!🐶🐱🐾

Exciting news 🥳 We are in the process of setting up a pet food bank!
This will mean we will be able to supply those people who may need a little help with feeding their pets.
Food donations have begun! Drop off points are with us at the practice or at Poolbrook pet supplies. Jai has kindly offered to help support us with this.
Any pet food accepted, please donate where you can.
People do not need to be clients and no questions will be asked on collection. Details to follow on how and when to collect.

We have been rubbish at our social media lately.

We have managed to secure the ginger cat who was hit by a car last week with the help of a lovely couple. He is now safe in our care.
He is chipped but the contact numbers are not working. If you think this maybe your cat please get in touch with the surgery.

Just for information to help...... we had a phonecall this evening to help an injured ginger cat with a red collar on opposite malvern cube.
It has unfortunately been hit by a car, we tried to help catch it but it was too frightend.
We have managed to get it up onto a driveway away from the road but it then disappeared. We are hopeful he will make his way home this evening.

We have a grey and white male neutered cat bought into us after an RTA. Corner of Bellars lane and Pound bank road.

We have decorators on site at present. Please take care when pulling into the car park as they are currently working on the side of the building.

Bank holiday Monday the Car park will be CLOSED. So please use lay-by opposite if you need.

Polite reminder- can we please also remind clients that we are open on Sundays and Bank holidays for emergencies only. Please do not call to order flea/wormer, medications or to make payments as we run on limited staff at these times.

Please can all clients give as much notice as possible if you cannot make your appointments. We understand sometimes people cannot make appointments but please ring and tell us.
Our team is working extremely hard at the moment and we are having to over book to get everyone seen but then people don't turn up meaning we have space where we could of booked.
