I have just been walking my frenchie & chugg on the paddy. My frenchie run over to a black springer with a white chest to play with ball. The dog attacked my frenchie. The lady was on the phone to a friend called Abby. The lady apologised & we checked my dog over but I have come home & her eye ball is bleeding & she cannot open it. I am off to emergency vets.
