Over the bank holiday we attended & set up a small stall at a local charity event for mental health organised by the Mandem Meetup 💜

We provide an open, inclusive community for all those who identify as a man, integrating a range of social, holistic and more ‘traditional’ forms of clinical support, ranging from psycho-social interventions and recreational activities, to practical advice and guidance, as well as talking therapy and more.

That’s our ‘official’ answer.

What we really are – at heart – is ordinary people, just like you; offering a relaxed, comfortable, and judgement-free space built to empower you to be yourself. So, come as you are. You’re welcome here.’

As many of you know Karma has suffered with Sebaceous Adentis over the past few years and after ALOT of extensive research and personal experiences with this disease we have come to terms that it is not curable although is most definitely manageable as you can see she has improved significantly with the regrowth of her coat which also seems to have assisted in helping with her mental health as she is again like her old self, super cheeky, super playful and always after food 🤣

Know we know this isn’t 100% down to the change of dry although I can say for sure it has definitely contributed. I have had my 2 on a dry mixed with tuna, sardines and something mix it up with chicken and beef with organic honey or salmon oil drizzled on top for anybody wondering what I feed these 2 😋

As for Rico.. we’ll he’s probably one of the fussiest dogs I’ve ever met due to being overly spoiled by myself when I first got him 🙄😂 we would usually have to switch his dry up every couple of weeks so he didn’t get bored although with the mixed premium from Rawrum he hasn’t turned his nose up at the bowls once in the last 6 months 😎🙌🏼.
