What a fabulous day we have had at Higher Farm for our family fun day! Lessons, farm rides, clear rounds, relays and apple bobbing. Thank you to all of our members who joined us for the day, both horses and riders did a brilliant job ⭐️

We have 2 non-member taster slots available for our Family Fun Day at Higher Farm on Friday 18th from 10am to 4pm! These slots are limited and available as taster sessions for anyone wanting to come and see what we do. The day will be a mix of tuition (suited to ability), clear round jumping and gymkhana games. Catered lunch is included. The non-member price is £130.00 for the day. If you would like to come along send us a message or email [email protected]

A brilliant visit from equine to some of the yards that we teach on and support the horse owners with their horses.
My two have a monthly massage at the minute and love every second 🙂 safe to say Ebony loved hers too 💛

This makes me smile. Every child should be able to thrive and grow. Every child deserves opportunities and fun. Struggles , tricky behaviour is there to embrace and to find a motivator or look for support techniques.

Beautiful day , wind rain and sun but one thing doesn’t change and that is the riders improvements 💛🐝🐴
Check out little Sofia steering and riding her beautiful pony Ebony without a leader.
The next step from having a leader today was to have a little go on the lunge or long lead rein. Sofia is practising not holding on as she trots round.
How amazing is this 💛💛

A stunning little lesson Dairy House Farm Hannah Bardsley travels from Glossop twice a week to have a lesson with me on a fantastic surface and with amazing facilities

We truly love our time here.and it really is great to have a smile and a warm welcome.

Hannah has taken Dora from learning to canter only 8 short weeks ago to being able to coordinate a small course.

As Dora isn’t a baby we have been able to really work from the start as Hannah spent weeks and. Weeks hacking her to build up her fitness and strength in straight lines before we have brought her into a closed environment to work on basic school work .

She is definitely enjoying herself.

We have returned to basics for the next few weeks to reaffirm her development and look for more suppleness in the school now she is going forward happy 💛🥰
