Childrens Reading Cushions

Material: 100% Cotton

These lovely reading cushion covers make an ideal gift for children of all ages. Perfect Christmas, birthday or 'any occasion' present for a book lover. Great to encourage children to read and to make the experience more fun. It's also sturdy enough to carry a colouring book or 2 and crayons/pencils.

Material & Size:
They are made using cotton fabric and cotton wadding to make the front sturdy even without the pillow inner with a choice of lovely designs that will brighten up a child's room or nursery.

The cover measures approximately 14" / 14" square. It fits a 40cm square cushion pad. (Cushion pads can be provided for an additional £5 each).

Durable seams with no loose threads. The envelope pillow design back makes it easy to remove the cover for washing (washable at 40 degrees). No zips that dig, need replacing or get in the way.

The front pocket measures 8" x 14" which will hold most book sizes, as well as a small cuddly toy and even a small torch for a cheeky night-time read.

The practical handle means you can carry the cushion & book to your favourite reading spot. The cushion can be used to be sat on, to be propped against a wall or your favourite tree or to use as a resting pillow.

Please note this is for the reading cushion cover only (Inner cushion pad not included unless specially requested).

It wasn't that long ago I made my largest fleeces to date. Today, I made my smallest, that small I had to make a new template 🤣 the customer had been struggling to find anything to fit her dog.

This Purple dog fleece is for a Chihuahua and is as small as my hand 😲
I also made a lovely Dark Pink with Pink/White Stars collar & legs 🥰

A lovely morning walk with our own dogs today, albeit a bit cold at 5 degrees 😀 so they had their body warmers on and when Snoop got tired she got a free ride in her buggy 🐾🍁

The largest fleeces I've made to date for 2 lurchers, just about fit on my cutting board 😬 and the last full suit of the Multi Star Navy fabric (I only have enough remaining for collars)

The Blue Sheep with Hyacinth collar & legs fleece is one I have just had back from a customer. It originally had a navy collar and navy legs but the collar had become a bit snug so we changed them out for the Hyacinth which look equally gorgeous

I was really excited to make these today, simply because it's the 1st time making a fleece with the Halloween Night pattern 🎃👻

This body warmer is a size 1, so although for a small dog, the pattern isn't overwhelming 🥰

And the ever popular Autumn Spice 🍂 🎃

A busy weekend and an even busier week ahead.

A batch of fleece snoods and hats and 1 dog fleece being donated to the Don't Walk Past group in Manchester, with a bag of warm mens clothes being donated after my husband Reece did a sort out.

They do amazing work each night supporting people on the streets. If you are local, have a look at the different ways you can support them.
