Just back from a long weekend away at Owls Loft cottage in Biddulph Moor. What a little gem this was, lovely clean cottage with everything you would need.

Great for the dogs with our own fully enclosed grassy area, they do have pigs, chickens and a goat but they have their own area to graze and you didn't hear them at night.

We spent over 3 hours at Trentham Gardens yesterday, you can book 48 hours in advance to get a price reduction, well worth a visit if you are in the area. You can fit some shopping in afterwards as they also have their own little shopping village onsite, with a dog wash station 😬🐾

Something new for our fleeces😁

I was asked if I made detachable tail covers as the customers 2 spaniels liked going into hedgerows and coming out with brambles attached to their fur (I think lots of you can relate, myself included having 3 spaniels!)

Always up for a new challenge, these are the results. They open up with velcro to place the tail inside then it snaps in place at the common of the fleece. You can still use the fleece without the tail covers on.

Update of the dogs wearing them will be posted soon.

Tail covers are £5 each and you can choose whichever pattern or plain fleece from the choices under the photo album Dog Fleeces.

This is lovely Snoop wearing her summer suit, aged 13 this month and suffers with arthritis after having 3 leg operations in the past.
Today the sun was out but her favourite spot is in the shade so slightly cooler. Too warm for a fleece so the summer suit is just adequate for her needs as being made of cotton she doesn't sweat 💕
