Polite reminder

If you've been asked for a deposit and its not paid your booking will NOT be secured, this is my livelihood i cannot afford to take the risk of holding dates.

Timings - please let me know what time you will be dropping off/collecting your dog atleast 24 hours before the date. It's not fair to expect me to sit around all day not knowing when a dog is being dropped off or collected. I understand timings can change but please let me know as soon as you can with a quick message, I don't want to have to introduce a late fee but will do so if necessary.
