The Mac Rib .

It’s here.. Thomas McManus x HC collab for Eat Well Do Good Festival. We’re talking roasted pork ribs braised in San Marzano tomato sauce, charred Roscoff onion, scamorza, barbecue sauce, dill & cornichons.

On the menu this week & this week only. From today & from Thursday . HC will be donating £2 from each one sold direct to .. nice one.

About the pizza: Tom says.. “a place where corporate America and Italian cuisine and my love of fast food meet.
Tom currently works at the mighty following a culinary journey of discovery that took in stints with our friends at the brilliant and the much missed . But we at Honest Crust can probably take some credit for knocking him off a more sensible career path as he joined our team at the opening of Mackie Mayor and also worked in .

7 years old.. how the years have flown..

We just wanted to say how grateful we are to be celebrating our 7th birthday, here in the beating heart of Manchester.. we’re part of an amazing food scene here in NQ & never take it for granted. We’re surrounded by creativity & we love every bit of it.
