Hydrotherapy can be a great aid for rehabilitation - even when your dog doesn’t like water very much!
Here we have Diego looking a little bit worried, but we adapt all of our sessions accordingly. Diego finds comfort in affection so instead of being encouraged by his owner, or using toys or treats to settle him, he walks towards the hydrotherapist having cuddles and strokes whilst he puts the hard work into his recovery ❤️‍🩹

We are very sorry to say that Chris and Becky have unfortunately had to say goodbye to Frank today after a very sudden illness. He was such a lovely boy who always had such a happy and smiley face. He will be missed by everyone he met. Chris will be in tomorrow, so it may be a good idea to prepare your dogs to have an extra hug or two.

Last week we received the very sad news that Oliver 'the swimmimg cat' had passed away. Oliver attended hydrotherapy with me in 2018 after breaking his leg.
We couldn't imagine how well he would take to swimming. To say he loved it would be a bit of a stretch, but he definitely appreciated it and knew it was helping.
He recovered so well in his 13 sessions with me he was cleared to get back to normal duties (sleeping and playing with his dog friends at home) and he never had a set back or struggled with that leg.
He was such a wonderful boy and he will be missed by everyone, but his Mum loves knowing his pictures are up in our centre and everyone stops to as about Oliver 'the swimming cat'.
