Wonderful to meet a stunning, very tall Greyhound yesterday. He’s white with black patches but also covered in black flecks/spots too 🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤. They came all the way from Liverpool!!!!
His owner had noticed a receding gum and I managed to see the decay was eating away at the other side of the tooth too, plus the opposite pre molar on the other side. Such a shame as his other teeth were great. He’ll definitely need them extracting at some point xx

I clean the best I can on my friend’s amazing Miniature Bull Terrier 💚💚💚💚. He’s a really old boy but he had a necessary vet dental earlier in the year with extractions, so we are trying to maintain his remaining teeth. He comes monthly for maintenance with his Whippet Buddy 🤩

It was wonderful to meet this handsome 7yr old foster Greyhound and clean his teeth and trim his nails 💙💙. He had recently been collected from a pet home that hadn’t worked out by Greyhound Trust Mersey & Cheshire and supporters clubbed together to pay for his teeth, how wonderful 🩵. I was going to share photos of him here but fingers crossed he might have a new home already. He’s on a 2 wk trial so let’s hope it all works out for him 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Even if you are only able to brush your dog’s front teeth, look at the difference it makes. The soft plaque is brushed away before it can calcify (and then I cleaned the remaining hard build up before this pretty little Greyhound went home 🩷).

Absolutely thrilled to see this 9yr old cutie Min Schnauzer has had a very vital vet dental 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳.
It nearly didn’t happen though as their usual vet quoted £1800 😳😳😳. Absolutely ludicrous price for a dental, dogs will suffer for life as that’s so unaffordable to most owners. However I persuaded them to try my very trusted vet and after multiple extractions and no issues… it cost just over £600.
So this little lad is now pain free and his owners aren’t quite so skint 🙈☺️.
I have sent so many customers to Kate @ Trafford Vets (she has a busy practice at Urmston and a quieter practice at Carrington, which is ideal for nervous doggies). Particularly excellent at treating OAP, elderly doggies too. Kate is definitely as passionate as myself about pain free mouths and keeping vital vet dentals more affordable too 🥰🥰. Two new teeth clients today from Oldham… two beautiful and very biddable Border Collies. Their teeth were in remarkable condition considering one is 7yrs and the other 11yrs! The older girl had a few quite stained teeth that didn’t look white afterwards (annoyingly 😆), but otherwise absolutely great! Made my day 🩷🩷
