A bit of training. Goes a long way 🐕🐕
Sometimes people don't realise what goes into a daycare day. There is a lot of training - whether it to be for crowd control 😉 or more brain draining to release energy in different ways.
We do all sorts! Here are just a few of today’s. Sits, stays, spins, .... all developing connections with the staff and building trust which will help at other times of day.
Thanks to our fabulous new facility and all it's many areas we can easily set up 1-2-1 training time. We would of course love to hear of any specific training requirements you guys feel we could help work on, in our setting.
The day is not only about having fun and relaxing, but also learning and practicing new skills. Skills that help them coexist with different dogs , make friends and most importantly trust their dog handlers.

Anyone for a playdate? Some dogs love to play with anyone, some just play with particular friends, some like to join in when we organise activities, and some of the oldies like to watch from their sofas. With lots of different groups and areas we can tailor each dog's day to their energies and play preferences. But always with lots of friends around 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶

Such care. Our wonderful Charlotte stayed late last week helping desensistise some doggies to fireworks in our home-from-home lounge. Just one of the ways our staff go above and beyond.
We hope all of your dogs were okay over the weekend, it really is the most terrible time of year for all animals. As per our recent message if you want to collect your dogs early tomorrow we completely understand.
