He absolutely adores human attention and is renowned for being the friendliest dog ever. During his time with us, he has mixed well with other dogs, always maintaining his playful and spirited nature.

Malcolm came into the home as a stray, he is 2 years, 7 months old.
Malcolm is a big friendly giant, who loves a fuss!
He is good on the lead but he is also quite strong so owners would need to be able to handle him.
Malcolm loves a good game of ball has interacted well with other dogs whilst in our care.
He does need further ongoing socialisation.

This is Ghost, he's not really scary!
Ghost was brought into us as a stray. He is 2 years old. We are looking for an active family for Ghost as he is a typical big and bouncy Akita and preferably someone that has experience of the breed. Ghost has interacted well with other dogs whilst he has been in our care, although he can be very giddy and full on with the other dogs.

Charity Pub Dog Walk with Eden Pet Food 🧡
We are SO excited to hold a pub dog walk with the wonderful Hayhurst Arms on Sunday the 2nd of June. Come and join us at 9am for Bacon butties and brews, then we will take a gentle wander across the village. It’s around 5 miles and takes a good 90minutes, which makes for the perfect Sunday stroll and you get a FREE EDEN LEAD & COLLAR FOR EVERY DOG!
The event is free to join but we do ask for a donation for the fabulous charity
‘Cheshire dogs home’. As a thank you for your donation and for joining us on our Sunday stroll, we will be gifting EVERY dog an Eden collar and lead* (worth up to £42!).
Our Eden team will be giving out free samples and you have the opportunity to purchase treats, supplements and food should you wish to.

This is Sully, he was found in his kennel the other day contemplating life, and turned round and gave us this look.
Sully arrived at our shelter as a stray, and initially, he was quite nervous.
Therefore, we are looking for a patient and understanding home that will give him the space and time he needs to gain his confidence.
Once Sully trusts you, he is always happy to see you, eagerly wagging his tail. Sully walks really well on a lead and is a pleasure to walk.
We recommend a home with older children for Sully, where he can continue to build his trust and feel secure.

Jack Frost Update 🧡 For those that remember Jack Frost had to have a cruciate repair op whilst with us, we then took him to the lovely ladies at Evergreen Hydrotherapy who donated some sessions for him to be rehabilitated before he then was adopted 🐾 As you can tell hes found the best forever home and settled in well 🏠
