Pennie
Look at pennie enjoying her new home 😍 penny unfortunately came down with a bit of flu 🤧 but with our assistance and guidance pennies new owner was happy to help us make her better and take her home to get better!
Rescue is difficult but when we get help like this it fills me with joy that there is good left in the world ❤️
Rescue isn’t all happy Larry all the time it is the good the bad and the ugly but we wouldn’t change it for the world… well I’d change some of it if I could! Especially the heartbreak and endless amount of stress, we have to have a voice for the voiceless…
Thank you Gemma for taking her home and giving her the love she truly deserves 😍❤️

Distressing video. I’m so sorry I failed 💔
I don’t usually post things like this and prewarning it’s distressing.
I currently have this baby who is failing to thrive. No indication of illness bar a little conjunctivitis which veterinary treatment has been sought. This little baby at 3 weeks old has failing kitten syndrome, something that isn’t talked about a lot. Failing kitten syndrome is failure to thrive, usually occurs before weening generally caused by infections, genetics, malnutrition or parasites. When we take cats or kittens in we generally don’t know their history, how they got pregnant and who to or what diseases are being spread whilst straying. Sometimes kittens take the most rapid turn and from yesterday a happy playful kitten to now. Drastically failing. So off we go to the vets but it’s highly likely this baby at just three weeks old won’t make it.
I am bloody sick to death of hearing the excuses ‘I missed my vet appointment for his neutering’ ‘I can’t get an appointment for his neutering’ ‘I couldn’t catch him to take him to the vets’
Sorry no. This is not good enough. Put a reminder in your phone. Go to a different vets that can see you to an appointment. KEEP YOUR CAT IN UNTIL THEYRE NEUTERED!!!!
This little baby wouldn’t have suffered if mum was spayed. Or dad was neutered.
So now it’s me that has to fork out for emergency vet bills to see if we can save him. ITS NOT FAIR!!!
I have no money. I have no faith left in anything anymore, I’m having to take time away from my family to pick up the pieces other people have caused.
More to the point this baby shouldn’t have had to go through this. Get your damn cats done. I’m sick of it.
I need help. I’ve got so many Ill cats and I have no money. I have all the time in the world for these animals and I will do my damn hardest to fight for every single one of them but I need help.
Please help me. 💔
Edited with donations sorry didn’t even think

Well, I’m currently away at the moment last chance before little madam arrives! But yesterday I woke up to a little message about one of our newest residents… we have 6 Christmas miracles!
Floofy, marshmallow, Vespa, Leonara, Winston and biscuit all came to me last month from various different places and were residents at acorn vets in Northenden who asked me if I could help. I said I could take 3 but ended up with 6… anyways! Marshmallow and Vespa were bonded but neither neutered… so he’s caught her before we got them and now we have another 6!
Mum and babies are doing so well and have gone on to foster for close monitoring, I can’t thank my staff and volunteers for holding down the fort whilst I just get that last bit of rest only 12 weeks to go now before the CLAC team expands (not that she knows she’s going to be saving animals lives) 😂
Here is our latest bundles of joy and they’re all going to need names! We don’t know the sexes yet so easy Christmas names for both boys and girls would be great! 😍❤️

Sage says high five!!
Sage is a wonderful neutered 1 year old female who loves her humans! But she likes to be the only queen in her home ❤
She’s ready for her forever home in time for Christmas! Could you be it before we shut our doors?
Let’s get her to her forever ❤

These two little ones are currently in my spare room recovering ❤️🩹
These little two are called pizza and cheese… don’t ask 😝
But unfortunately they’ve had THE crappiest start. These two were a three and unfortunately last week we lost the third 💔 sheerly from someone’s neglect. Found at the side of the road RIGHT NEXT TO THE CANAL in Eccles. We searched and searched to find a mum but there was just no sighting and with how poor these guys are they definitely seem more dumped than strays.
They’ve been into the vets for fluids and heavy monitoring and hopefully now we’re on the up! They’ve had such a crappy start and now we can only pray and keep our fingers crossed for these babies! Long long way to go but they’re warm, they’re eating super well and they won’t suffer any more ❤️

Right… snickers… the last out of 8 kittens that was brought in to us needs her home… she’s super super playful and she has THE loudest purr going… but… she just needs to build confidence with her new humans…
Snickers is roughly 7 months old and she’s been with us months. She wants to play and loves dreamies! She’s GREAT with other cats and not nasty in the slightest she’s just needs a special bond with someone and could even live with cat savvy children!
Could you offer snickers a home?
She’ll love you forever ❤️

Someone’s very tired after being carried in a sling around the park 😂
I would just like to thank everyone for donating to honeys cause so far! The go fund me has gone above our target!! Hopefully we will have enough for her surgery but will keep everyone posted once I know more next week!
Baby honey my fingers and everything else is crossed for you baby girl. We’re going to fight so hard for you. We WILL fix you.
Love you sweet girl ❤️

UPDATE ON THE PUPPY FOUND!
We have now named her honey as she’s turned out to be a right sweet little girl ❤️
Honey has been for a much needed bath after being covered in brambles and fleas after a closer look once she was settled. She is such an affectionate little girl and just wants reassurance which she is now getting with the unbelievably kind Anna who has volunteered for me now for a while and we go way back to growing up together! I couldn’t place her with a better person as she’s also a dog trainer with her own business HoundandHandler!
I would like to thank everyone for their kind donations towards her vet bills, food etc which she will now have endless amounts of!
I am NOT taking applications for her, by law we have to keep her for 28 days to see if an owner appears and if not she will be rehomed but for now she is safe, she is fed and she is receiving all the love she could ever want and need.
From the frightened little pup to a flourished little girl all in less then 24 hours this is what rescue is about and this is how animals should be looked after. If you can’t, well don’t get an animal.
