Hey our lovely Houndsly Pack! We hope you had a wonderful weekend! Ours was a little eventful, the youngest member of our team, my lovely 9 year old Ivy took a bit of a tumble bouncing on the bed and ended up in hospital for a couple of days. She has been stitched up and her sass is on its way back!

Apologies if you have emailed/messaged over the weekend, I’ll be sitting down with my laptop over the next few hours and will respond asap to all your questions and queries!

Hey Guys!

Hope you are all having a wonderful week. I thought I’d just give you a little update as to where we are from GroomFest!

Anyone who came so say hello probably knew that Sam was suffering with a bad back on Sunday and unfortunately, his Vampire powers didn’t fix him and since coming home, he actually has an infection in his back and is currently unable to move and is bed bound 😩

As you know, Sam is chief shampoo maker so there is going to be a delay on our 5L White Peach and Marahmallow shampoo. We will have this made as soon as we can!

I’m currently in Houndsly by myself and unfortunately, my son is in and out of hospital with suspected appendicitis 🤦🏻‍♀️

SO!! Any emails/admin queries will be answered in the evening so if you email in the day I’m not ignoring you and once we are home/sat on a hospital ward I shall definitely get back to you.

We have been a little slower getting products to the warehouse this week, but they should be delivered tomorrow and a lot of the back orders cleared by Friday/Monday.

Please do not hesitate to contact us to ask about an order or any queries at all, I’m more than happy to keep you updated as much as we can as quick as I can!

You know us at Houndsly. We do NOTHING by halves, including illness and hospital trips!!!

Hey Guys! Wow what a weekend! It was so lovely to catch up with so many of you at GroomFest 😍 Just to let you know we have only just got home and unpacked so we are both going to bed for some well deserved rest and I will be back on admin answering all this weekends emails and messages first thing tomorrow!! Please don’t think we are ignoring you, it’s just been a busy show (and prep) week 💜
